    Hi, AnnieG, pleased to meet you. I like the look of that pineapple upside down cake - unfortunately!

    bubbs, my mum used to force feed me butter and sugar balls when I had a sore throat. Wrong on too many counts. Even just thinking about them makes me want to retch! The granulated sugar had a sandpaper effect too.

    I have some spray i bought off Amazon, you use it on burns and everything, its really good but not :money::( my throat feels loads better stillsore but not like it was this morning and i need a nose bag:rotfl::rotfl:
