Oooof it's a windy and wet day out there! I drove DS2 to bus stop for school at 7.30 (it's a 25-30 min walk away) and there are recycling box lids blown everywhere (bin day here) - along with paper and plastic bottles
I do wish people would use a little common sense and perhaps weight the box lids down (with maybe their food waste caddy..... - seems logical to me...)
NSDs - 18/20. Spend day today, won't hit my target. Window cleaner had popped round so he needed paying.
ORGANISE your time. - Managed to stretch out my day today. Just half a day tomorrow, but I have to do the bank run, so that will take up 45 mins.

NSD - I was spending today.
ORGANISE - Went Christmas shopping and got everything on my list except one thing so almost finished.
ENJOY - I had a great day visiting dil and grandchildren.
EXERCISE - I did quite a bit walking today.
NO - No takeaways but I did buy a ys caramel donut on my way home and just had it with a cuppa. I can justify this completely in that it took me nearly 3 hours to travel home and every time I got off a bus it was pouring - that's my excuse anyway.
OUTSIDE - Yes and it was always wet and windy.
Glad I'm home and in the warm now xxDebt free - Mortgage free - Work free ( in that order)

plumduff that donut is definitely acceptable in those circumstances! I too got soaked walking home from the bus stop, I was literally dripping wet when I walked through the door. Bought chips for tea as couldn't be bothered to cook after that.
Get to collect my car tomorrow morning so no more rainy bus commute :j on the downside my EF will be £650 lighter... :eek:0 -
Hi all:j
Day out today, got off to a slow start as DD discussing some work issue with DH when it was time to go. Consequently got caught up in traffic & took 30 mins to get to M1, then a case of barrelling down there with the bad weather & plenty of heavy lorries, not my favourite. However, was only 5 mins late for the course & someone else came after us, so no problems really. Lovely ladies running the course, beautiful surroundings & we made wreaths which I have to say I can't believe we created. Even DD enjoyed herself, then I treated us to lunch in the caf!. Easier journey home, then side trip to buy more supplies to make more wreaths...
NSDs Still 13/15
ORGANISE your time. Got a lot done today although not of the housework variety. Just not time as out nearly every day, also tomorrow with MIL visit, then informed also going out Saturday with DD to take her to some beauty procedure, not happy as don't agree with it & don't want to lose yet another day.
VALUES Differentiate between needs and wants. Spendy day today.
ENJOY yourself. Did enjoy day, was happy to be in a lovely place & with some friendly people doing crafty stuff, win-win.
MAKE an inventory of the food in your cupboards, fridge and freezer at the start of the month. Frog. Lunch eaten out & supper was roast dinner prepped from yesterday.
BUDGETS should be set before the start of the month. Frog alert!
EXERCISE 4 times a week, 20 minutes a day. Not today.
RULES Turtle rules can be difficult at first. Following the plan as best I can.
IN case of emergency Add any items you might need Think stocks are pretty good now.
NOW is always the right time to start. Not great today.
NO takeaways, None today
EVERYONE Am DF but always could do with more savings towards experiences or holidays. Have some funds I need to pay back to business account, also for items bought in last spending spree... so need to account for those items by December 31. Pending. Frog.
EXTRA Have a ton of stuff that needs to be sold. Back from hols but not dealing with as yet, after weekend out will do. Frog Alert.
WINTER Looks like Sunday before I can get on with stuff, then just have a week to get everything done.
YOU should cook from scratch, supper was all cooked from scratch, even the Yorkshire puds.
OUTSIDE Briefly

Values - Need to have a productive day today. Have dentist appointment at 10am, working on writing this morning then 2 corporate classes and 1 private class later. No spanish study but meeting with my language group tonight.
Budget - working this out for next month. Should be frugal for Christmas as will be staying with my Mum in her house in the countryside (well, to me its countryside) so lots of dog walking and cups of tea, also need to work but only 2-3 hours a day and not on the bank hols obviously. Will have money coming in but not until Jan so need to be good...(thanks to somebody - can't remember who, sorry! for pointing out that Jan will be a loooooong month!! I had forgotten)

Hi everyone!
Woke up late today, slept through 3 alarmsso I'm at work and look like a troll haha, hair up in bun, no make up and just realised I have toothpaste on my shirt haha.
Had to revoke my NSD for yesterday as forgot shopping order come out of bank yesterday. And won't be getting one today as need to get an icing pen for my sons birthday cake for tomorrow. Am making my own though so that's probably saved quite a bit and I always think homemade is nicer
NSD - 6/15 Not even half wayam thinking of trying to plan my NSD next month? Does anyone do this and does it work?
ORGANISE - Working today and when I get home I've got to cook another layer of my sons birthday cake, wait for it to cool so I can ice it, mad tidy of the downstairs (no one's going upstairs so that can remain a mess for now :rotfl:), make some jellys, cook and prep what bits I can. Will finish it all off with a nice bath though and as I've lost my NSD day may get a bottle of wine
VALUES -
ENJOY - Looking forward to my sons birthday party on Sat
MAKE AN INVENTORY - So stupid me made tuna pasta for my lunch and saved the left over in the fridge to have on a jacket for dinner, then got out a lasange from the freezer to defrost  hoping it'll be ok to eat tomorrow for dinner.
BUDGETS - In OD againbut I have still got half a tank of fuel in my car, CC is paid off and I have plenty of food in.
EXERCISE - None today as working but I am going to dig out my fitness tracker so I can count my steps.
