Good Morning
I got lots of my list done yesterday and I am pleased as it kept me on track.
Today’s list
Put Ironing away
Do inventory on the other freezer
Help C to finish last page of his homework
Look at finances and come up with a plan around Christmas gifts
Look for letter about my outpatient appointment
I am hoping we can go out for lunch today but we will see what happens.
Have a lovely day x0 -
Thank you to everyone for asking about me.
Definitely feeling more like my old self. GP and district nurses will continue to treat and street me until surgery, their hands are tied but their support means I am getting back to normality.
Did some paperwork last night
Spends book is totally up to date which I am pleased about.
DD has offered to take me out today. I can't manage a long time out but will be nice just to spend time with her before she goes back to uni.
Still packing up the living room which is frustrating me now. Trying just to declutter one item a day but not even doing that. On a good note we do have a pile of stuff building up for the tip which DD will take.
Fridge is definitely being triaged with me saying to DD that any bits we will use up, not going to be thrown out. The slow cooker has been doing a great job, with bits getting thrown into meals and has used up some bits that really needed using up from the freezer. With eating from the freezer I finally have some room so it has been reorganised so we can see better what we have. Feeling more organised
Hugs for all that need them. CCL enjoy today. We're the best bunch of money saving people there is, I'm sure u will have a great time with bestie bec they are the best. Mine brought me cat litter and cream cakes when I was ill. But just the thought of someone thinking about me like that and propping me up when I was struggling, they are invaluable. Naughty tortie, mine is just the same now, thru old age but can't give meds as I come off worse but regularly monitored and always costing but love her to bits. The vets nearly had to treat me last time never mind the cat lol!!!
Have a great day everyone xxDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Morning everyone, a bit of a miserable day here, hope everyone is having a good day! I ended up sleeping longer than I intended to this morning after my nightshift so already feeling a little behind. Super pleased with everything I achieved yesterday so hopefully I can carry on with that today. Today's plans are:
1. Check bank
2. Update yesterday's spending diary
3. Check Ebay and answer any questions
4. Take pictures for Ebay items
5. Hopefully work will be quiet again tonight and I can post above pics on Ebay
6. Put the rest of things on Gumtree
7. Finish writing letters to debt companies and post letters
8. Sort paperwork lying around
9. Write list of other companies I need to change my address with
10. Sort out airport car park
We're going to my OH's parents for dinner. They're so lovely and it means I don't need to cook which is an added bonus!
Hope everyone has a fab day!

Evening all :coffee:
Thank you so much for all of your kind thoughts and comments. I know that you're online friends but you're every bit as important to me as my friends that I see around and about. I'm very up and down at the moment - but doing ok. I keep getting quite nostalgic and tearful about anything and everything - grieving in a way I suppose. I have my unhelpful thinking styles information and I keep trying to read and remind myself.
Went out shopping today as planned with bestie, and only spent the money needed for dd to get her bellybutton pierced. She asked for it for her birthday so the money had already been budgeted. We have all the aftercare stuff at home as I have a few fancy ear piercings so am well used to looking after that sort of thing. Bestie spent a bit, new phone, bit of Christmas shopping etc. It was nice to get out for a couple of hours.
Got home and watched a little bit of telly and crocheted, then ds announced that the trampoline had broken while he was bouncing on it. He wasn't joking, it had rusted through. I told him it was beyond repair and I'd have to dismantle it, but thankfully he's not bothered at all by it. Another reminder that my kids are growing up...
I haven't done the work I needed to for the exam board. Took me over an hour to do the trampoline, then I desperately needed a shower and now I just feel a bit too tired. However, deadline is looming so you can all kick my bum tomorrow if I tell you I still need to do that. :rotfl:Not giving up

Time to take back control

I'd like to say I didn't overtake anyone but that would be a lie.- Return TUClothing for £56
- Post 5 books from amazon sales
- List 2 more books
- List playdough set on FB
- Have leftovers for dinner
I've also just realised I have two packs of tofu that went out of date two days ago argh! Not money saving at all.
I've got to go to my grandmothers tomorrow to help her with her self report income thing - its 60 miles away so I'm going to drive at a reasonable pace and resist the urge to overtake everyone (I'm the worst) so I don't burn through all my fuel
I did relatively well, I just couldn't deal with going at 30mph on a 60mph road....- Return TUClothing for £56 Tomorrow
- Post 5 books from amazon sales Tomorrow
- List 2 more books Done
- List playdough set on FB Done
- Have leftovers for dinner Done
£5000 left to pay on credit cards, down from 40k!!0 -
