It has certainly been the mother of all c**k-ups, but recently postings are a lot more encouraging with several forum members actually getting their vouchers. What I don 't understand is how some people seem to have received vouchers without filling in the application form. How did Barclaycard know which vouchers to send?0

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear on the last post.
After doing the balance transfer I received a letter asking me which vouchers I wanted, which I filled in and sent off a couple of weeks ago. I got them yesterday."carpe that diem"0 -
The call centre staff also grumbled something about my vouchers being sent on the 9 November and they would take 28 days to arrive.
Even by Royal Mail standards that is amazing. Perhaps they are being sent from India.
:rolleyes:Proud to be dealing with my debts!
egg loan [strike]£10300[/strike] £2400

after calling up one of the numbers on this thread this morning
i was also told that my voucher form was sent out on the 9.Nov.2007
and to give it 28 days
if i sent my payment to them on the 9.Nov.2007
could i tell them to wait 28 days before sending or issueing a new payment0 -

I expect that they mean that the forms and/or vouchers could take up to 28 days to arrive. I hope that they are not sending them via HMRC.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
My first spend was 3rd November, so I should be hearing soon.
Are we now receiving vouchers that can be spent in a number of shops, or will it be the form to choose which vouchers I want.
I thought these would make a nice chrissie pressie for one of my daughters.
I have ordered her a contract mobile phone, which may cost more than I initially thought!! I bought this one through e2save, having had a run in with cnm. However the recent liquidation of mobile affiliates (cnm etc) doesnt give me too much confidence!!
So I have to realistically assume that this pressie may cost £420!! (Quite a lot more than "approx £100!!") So freebies like the £50 voucher are most welcome!!!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -

Don't worry about it. Coolnewmobile were a bunch of monkeys. E2Save are owned by CPW, so there's basically no chance of them going under.0 -
I rang Barclaycard on Friday to double check regarding the £50 high street vouchers promotion and he said the vouchers were sent as soon as there was activity on the card. I did a balance transfer that day and he said that would be counted as activity.Fingers crossed then!!!!0
