Recent £50 High Street voucher incentive on Barclaycard Platinum

I spent about an hour on the phone yesterday trying to sort out my 50 vouchers. rand the geneal queries line and they said that i was only eligible for a £10 voucher. LUckily i printed of the T&c's and the offer page as proof. I was then put through to a supervisor who confirmed it was only £10. Needless to say i was realy annoyed, i was then given the number of the internet applications dept 0844 5560105 and the lady confirmed i was down for a £50 voucher (finally). She did say though the my voucher would be sent 28 days after my first purchase. explained that in the T&C's it says i would be sent a form 14 days after 1st purchase?!?!?! I have got her name anyway so i'll just keep badgering her!
I hope this number helps because Barclaycard general queries haven't got a clue what they are talking about, ring this no. instead.

I don't know if I dare say this, but it is beginning to look a bit more promising. Perhaps Barclaycard are beginning to realise that not all the members of the public are dummies!.0

My form arrived last week after I used the 0% balance transfer of £500 - I had a very helpful lady called Rinki, who sorted the BT out, organised for my form & told me I should get it within a week (which I did!)
I've applied for Next vouchers & will let you know when they arrive.

Hmmm... got sent a £10 House of Fraser voucher today. Boo Hiss.
I applied for the £50 voucher and was confirmed by phone. Will try the complaint number tomorrow.

I got my form last week and popped it in the post yesterday (opted for the Argos vouchers as I've just got a new house-ish) so fingers crossed.

They have cocked up, anyone on £50 offer gets form within 14 days.
If you are getting a tenner it arrives within 28 days.
I made purchase on 30/10 and now expect £10 H of F, as 14 days has long passed.
I presume all we can do is write and complain, anything else?

wheres the £10 voucher thing come from as everyone has applied under the £50 promotion offer
i have had a bit of a twist in my tale
apllied twice (once for me, once for the wife)
upon activating the cards asked the operator had we got the £50 voucher offer, YES WAS THE REPLYon two seperate occasions
the wife mislaid her card, ordered a new one (sods law then found the other one) anyhow when we phoned to activate this card was told we had NO VOUCHER at all
i have used the card now (£1.99) so will be calling one of the numbers above shortly
oh and i am still awaiting my voucher form (what ever one it is) and i used my card 2-3 weeks ago0 -
