Hi,
Looks like everyone has started to receive the vouchers. I still have not received the claim form. I applied for the card and made my first purchase as specified but nothing yet.
I got thro the indian calll center yesterday who fobbed me off by saying that it'll be here soon. Am thinking of ringing again - any advice ??I hate paying INTEREST :T0 -

There are some alternative numbers quoted in earlier posts - 0845 053 5526 & 0844 556 0105. Of course, these may route back to our Indian friends.
If so, ask to be transferred to the "internet" or "loyalty" department. These appear to not only be in the UK, but also to welcome complaints about the offshore call centre, for some reason.
You probably don't need me to tell you this, but the voucher request form should, according to the T&C's, be returned (ie. sent) by 31 December. In practical terms, this is not far away at all.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

What? Trusting a call centre to ring back (unless you're trying to buy something)?!
I am sorry, but I am just going to have to take you outside and give you a good slapping. Its for your own good and you will thank me for it one day.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

They did ring back !! LOL - they claimed to have no record the particular offer I had applied for. I insisted that it was the £50 offer done online and not the £10 one. I also offered to email them the web page link.
They have logged a complaint and if I do not have any success I will write to the UK customer services place. I am not going to let this one go.I hate paying INTEREST :T0 -

After receiving my £50 voucher, they have sent me an offer for a 30 day Leisure Time free trial plus a £40 petrol voucher.
So £90 + stoozing interest. Not bad at all.:j0 -

I too have received details of this £40 petrol offer (Apparently receive 4 £10 vouchers and one voucher can be redeemed in each quarter of the year by sending them to LeisureTime with receipt for petrol or diesel). Can't see any problems so will go ahead with this offer.0 -
When I queried where by vouchers were they told me I was only entitled to £10 HOF. They wouldn't budge and I have had to take the matter further and make an official complaint. Even though I sent a copy of the screen print, showing the offer.
Even if I win and they send me the claim form it will be too late to apply.
Needless to say I have cleared the balance and will be closing the account!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0
