Received form and pre-paid envelope today. Promptly filled in and returned asap. Applied for John Lewis voucher which will be used online to buy either a Miele or Siemens washing machine (via Quidco).:beer:0

I received my voucher request form yesterday (28th), exactly 28 days after my first spend on the card (1st Nov). I will send off for some marks and sparks vouchers today!:rolleyes:0

I applied for mine, using the link, on the last day before the offer closed. I only received my card at the end of last week, so even if I use the card today, I'm too late for the voucher!
There was no mention of any voucher in the paperwork that came with the card.
I suppose I'd better ring them and cancel it!0 -

As a result of an unprecedented take up of the £50 voucher offer we have had some delays in delivering the voucher selection letter to qualifying customers. We have been working through the back-log and these letters will be posted very soon to those who are still waiting - we're hoping to have these with everyone by ChristmasRegards0

With all due respect, that is simply not acceptable. The take-up should have been calculated more accurately, and more accurate timescales quoted in the terms and conditions of this offer. You would hold us these regardless of our circumstances, so I have no hesitation in extending the same courtesy to you. Also, your call centre staff, with whom I have no problem with personally, should have been informed that this offer was actually taking place. I was told that my "voucher" had been sent on 9 November. I have a digital recording of the conversation. The envelope containing my request form was postmarked 27 November. Therefore, I was, quite simply, lied to. In customer service terms, that is the equivalent of "crossing the Rubicon". These days, you only get one shot at customer satisfaction, and with this one you failed spectacularly.
OK. Rant over. I feel so much better now. Nurse!The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
Received my form this morning, not sure what to get now....
I only did a balance transfer to the Barclaycard, but I did ring Barclaycard to see if I was entitled to the vouchers and guess what???? the gentleman at the call centre didnt know!!!:rolleyes:0 -
Andrew thanks for coming here and your comments, please note your call centre ie. Indian is appalling. They said the same claptrap to me as the person above (mr leak) - ie. lies... "your vouchers were sent on such and such date" when I hadn't even selected which vouchers. then "setup online banking if you want more information as I cant tell you any more".0

I have received my £50 Marks & Spencer vouchers today - I am delighted as I was told I would only get the £10 House of Fraser voucher. Yippee - just in time for Christmas.:j0
