 Hi, still heard (nor has the wife) nothing on my youchers despite us having received & used the cards approx 5-6 wks ago. Do you have a postal or email adress for customer services @ Barclaycard.
I have enough of the callcentre & will feel better for putting something in writing.

    Cheers
    Soul

If you login to the card online you can try the secure message function. I did that and got a reply in a couple of days. Good Luck!
  • I got my voucher request form today! I hereby formally recind, recant and apologise for all my previous comments about Barclaycard, their employees and agents.

The whole thing has still been a customer service disaster, though. I could not help but note that the envelope was postmarked 27.11.07, not on or just after the 9th as I would have expected from what I was advised.

Anyway, I will fill it in, photocopy it and return it tomorrow.

Even I received my £50 request form yesterday! Also a call from Barclays to apologise that there call centre were unable to help me when I asked about the voucher offer.

Form sent back, so how long for the £50 to arrive now?

    Thanks

According to the T&C's, although they seem to have gone out of the window, "The voucher will be sent to the address at which the account is registered within 14 days of receipt of the request."

However, if you ring them, I suspect that it will be ... let me guess ... 28 days.

Agreed. Got my voucher request form yesterday which is great. But the way in which their customer service department handled it is appalling. No communication between call centre staff and their marketing department. I don't care where a call centre is based, as long as i can hold a conversation with them that isn't just being read from a script.

My vouchers came yesterday. 10 little £5 cards to spend at Chav Central (Argos). I haven't called the helpdesk once. I haven't spent anything on the card. All I did was apply online how Martin said, and borrowed £5 grand at 0% for 14 months.
  • Got my £50 for River Island Yesterday.. All i done was Balance Transfer and got the letter through a week or so later and then the vouchers 2 weeks after i sent away the form :D :money:
