5 £10 M&S vouchers received yesterday

I now have received my voucher request form within the 14 days after initial spend, my hubby also has and so too has my mother.
If they arrive before Xmas that will be great , if not never mind.
Just glad I was able to get this reward for choosing this card.

give them bit more time. i have received my vouchers. it all takes around 6 weeks from first transaction to receiving vouchers.after all you receiving vouchers for nothing!!!!!!

It/they will be sent within 14 days of their receipt of the request form, according to the T&C's. Unfortunately, these have become as unbelievable as an intelligence dossier. I am very tempted to ring the call centre and see what their version of events is. I could do with a laugh.

I actually got my M&S vouchers yesterday posted from an address in Milton Keynes. They were quite simply inside a cardboard sleeve with no indication of where they had come from - not even a company logo!

PS. I also received the usual straight-bat reply to my letter of complaint addressed to the Customer Service Director.

"..........your correspondence is being dealt with by this office and we aim to resolve matters by 31st December 2007.............we will investigate all aspects fully. Should you have any immediate queries, please ontact us on the above telephone number (0844 556 0104) and I or one of my colleagues will be happy to assist you". Not even an 0800 number!

I am not, of course, expecting anything to come of this, but at least I have received my vouchers. Don't know if the two events are connected.

Please don't give up and use every means possible to get what you are ENTITLED to. Good luck everyone.
