So it begins. You now need to write to Barclaycard, making a formal complaint. Keep a copy of the letter. Obviously, everything depends on their response. If it is not acceptable, then you will have to threaten them with either referral to the Financial Ombudsman or legal proceedings in the County Court.

I can see the F.O. route but what would you take them to County Court for, what would you be claiming the £50? Afterall the T&Cs state at the bottom offer can be withdrawn at anytime

It looks like 50% of us will be alright and the rest stuffed, I have a feeling I will be one of the stuffed ones, although my complaint letter has already gone in and they need 2 weeks to reply to that!

I made my first purchase over 2 weeks ago and no form yet

Yeah I will post when i get the actual voucher (they included a 2nd class envelope to post it too). FYI my purchase registered on 27th October in case that helps anyone.

My first purchase is registered as 30/10 on online statement, so maybe there is hope in the next few days

Is that phone no. an Indian Call Centre or a UK £50 specific line?

I too got the request form today. All I've done is BT the max £5000 to my egg card - not made a purchase. So it's cost £125 for the BT and I've got £5K to play with for 14 months and a promise of a £50 voucher. I think some of you guys need to have a little more faith (and patience)

My lost faith comes from three conversations with the Indian call centre who all said they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the £50 voucher offer, three different call centre staff all said they had not heard of the promotion.

My voucher request form arrived yesturday - chose £50 Next vouchers. Other half's hasn't arrived yet and we did an application and then purchase on the same day. (spending only a couple of quid in somerfield on each card).
