LW support group ... shudder .... OK it might work for some but not for me either. Take care.

So, lots of laundry done, our bed changed, DS taken to cricket and collected again. Car load of rubbish taken to tip, 3 pairs of boots, 3 coats and some other gibble flung from understairs cupboard, GF2 collected from work, everyone fed.

Could go to bed but have promised that I will pick DS1 up later, will be a challenge staying awake I think.

I'm on my own most of the day today so have already dusted the LR. I also intend to change the bedding, hoover through, cut the grass hopefully before the rain, and once the rain starts sort out the shoe cupboard finally.

Raining here, and a load more expected so much so they have moved the start time of the motogp at Silverstone to earlier than expected.

Been looking at new curtains, in a shop! blimey it is ages since I have bought any, it is a minefield out there........................I think internet brousing is called for.

Hello, me again. I got the house hoovered and bedding change, but the rain beat me to getting the grass cut so that will have to wait till Tuesday at least. And then I decided I still wanted to be outside so have spent the last few hours tidying in the greenhouse.


Going to relax with DH for the afternoon now and watch some telly this evening. The shoe cupboard will have to wait.

Torrential earlier, now easing off, but the roads are like ponds.

Best laid plans and all that....I had a list of wet weather jobs for today, including paperwork and a paperwork Toots job, and dealing with the fridge load of veg. So now I am just about to start...where has my day gone??

But I did go with DSis to visit our very elderly ex-NDN, in terrible driving conditions, so I haven't completely wasted my time doing sweet nothing.

Paperwork will have to be postponed. Again. Pickled runner beans wins the day.

I have been working on Flylady routines for years, but recently moved and started a new job and need some extra accountability/encouragement presently as my DH is lacking in that department.
