I ended up doing my main errand via public transport so it's pretty much taken all day, no flying apart from fridge clean got done and I'm tired now. Think I may get a takeaway and have an early night. At least I might sleep tonight.

    See you all tomorrow.

Jazee hope you feel better tomorrow.

Several things on my list are rather lengthy, so I've done part of them:
    - continued sorting through holiday photos as I'm going to Mum's next week and she hasn't seen them (hers were up on G00gle within 3 days of getting back)
    - did a large bag full of pruning; no make that 2 as I did one on my own then Mr N joined me.
    - continued searching for a fridge-freezer, why is it so hard? All we want is one the same as ours only not broken! Would be happy with one more freezer drawer, but anything with the same fridge capacity as ours seems to be considerably higher. After having endless bits of paper around listing capacity and dimensions, I have resorted to creating a table in Word, how sad is that?

    Completed:
    - walked up to the village and posted package and letters plus returned a large vase to my friend.
    - ordered more bird food
    - ordered Nematode to kill vine weevils
    - helped Mr N finish installing a proper loft ladder

eek is that it, I thought I'd done well today. Various other dailies I suppose and some random tidying.

Mr N has gone round to check mil hoping it will be better than yesterday - after he'd been there an hour, she mentioned that the toilet seemed blocked. Won't go into much gory detail but after a trip into town to get a rod, he established that among the hundred miles of toilet paper etc. there was a yogurt pot!! She has no idea how it got there of course.

Oh well the fridge freezer is now ordered.
Have started writing up report of yesterday's assessment while cooking dinner.

I'm in awe and totally shamed by all the progress on here over the past couple of days. My Toots list has just got longer...

DD and I had a day out yesterday, taking the train to London to go to the Picasso exhibition at the Tate. All transport went well, which made the day easier.

Today is a full day at work. I'm ploughing my way through a HUGE salad that I prepared last night,a s tomorrow is dreaded slinky weigh in day. After last week's epic gain, I am keeping everything crossed to have lost at least some of those extra pounds.

    Hope you're feeling better, Jazee.

Sorry, been awol from MSE most of this week. I'm just really not coping with everything, so something had to give, and I figure posting on forums (fora?) isn't Totally Essential For Our Continued Survival.

Got Cookie the Staffie staying, too, which is good, as she's a lovely dog.

    you've been in my thoughts LW;

I have pegged out washing but the sky is grey again...I's probably dry so I will bring it in when I've eaten.

Late lunch but have COMPLETED THE SEWING JOB FOR WORK I have handstitched velcro across the top of, and hand sewn the hem, of a 3.2m length of fabric, to hang off a bench to cover storage.

    DDs bed stripped and remade
