    I should imagine so.

Ah, the NIESR which works for the European Commission according to its own website.

Saying that we need to be effectively part of the EU if we are to achieve higher growth rates when even the 1.4% quoted is more than projections for the EU. Risible.
What's risible is the way brexiteers stick their fingers in their ears and go .....'not listening' lah lah lah! You probably think this is a remainer conspiracy as well:-

Hard Brexit on WTO terms, you think that is the moderate choice?

No I think it's a terrible choice but I don't think everybody who supports it is nationalist that hate foreigners and hates foreign countries.

Personally I blame the fact that we are leaving EU on people like Madleson and many other remain supporting politicians. Apart from the obvious fact that they are so out of touch they supported the referendum the failed to address the concerns of people and just labelled people who raised them racists.

Local authorities across the UK have expressed serious concerns about the delivery of public services in dozens of Brexit impact studies obtained by Sky News as part of its Brexit Forensics investigation.

Nearly 30 councils have responded to a freedom of information request for their Brexit plans, with some expressing mounting incredulity and exasperation at having to plan to deliver local public services against a backdrop of highly uncertain Brexit negotiations with Europe and within government.

So we have a 'news' report from Sky, that well known remain supporting outlet, detailing contingency planning from local authorities and quoting unknown sources predicting armageddon.

This from a poster who regularly berates other posters for fake news.

You would never suspect local authorities of producing reports designed to extract money from central government, would you?

Pembrokeshire Council could identify one positive Brexit impact : depopulation.

    Ref.X001R
Reduced demand for services if population reduces. Effect : Positive

Depopulation is what Brexit was about; so it's fair that it get a considered a positive.

So the reports are just propaganda to get money? I wouldn't blame the cash starved councils of for doing so, but I don't believe that's the only input into the reports.
