In the meantime they would like May gone and replaced with someone more to their taste like Johnson,

Missed has had his chance. Not appealing enough to garner middle ground support. Too gaff prone. No one is showing any great leadership skills currently. Have to admires Mrs May's tenacity. At least still speaking common sense while others play their games.

Time for a second vote, lets see what the will of the people is then.

Corbyn doesn't want a second vote. Like the first vote he'll go AWOL. Will destroy his dream. He ain't letting go now.

Which is why I think we need an election now, as much as I hate to agree with Dzeremij. Let's have both sides set out their stalls and then we elect whom we want to implement which plan.

Seems to me that both Labour and Tories want the same thing. NO DEAL.

So which plans are you referring to?

There are no plans, never will be, it is just populist nonsense now really.

Talk about being between a rock and a hard place!

Just realised that the user name Dzeremij could be Jeremy!

Glad I am still awake and lucid, kind of!

Mmm, well Corbyn wants Brexit so he's not going to be that vocal about cancelling it.

True but the real question is whether Labour membership supports this view. Labour members tell me that younger members starting to leave the party.

Rather than simply throw mud at the messenger. Which is easy to do. Perhaps Parliament in particular Labour need to come off the fence and provide some clear direction. I was utterly confused by the Labour spokeperson tonight. Not one iota of clarity. Just one objective. Totally disheartening.

I agree with you. Labour cannot make up its mind if it is pro Brexit or anti Brexit. But however ineffective Corbyn is, unless May is prepared to change her red lines we are left with a traincrash.

In the same way Corbyn will not say what he wants, the EU are frustrated by the lack of clarity of the UK position.

UK is leaving the EU not the other way around.

The arrogance of the UK is breathtaking. The EU have been very accommodating, agreeing a Withdrawal Agreement that allows UK to maintain things as they are until they leave under transtional arrangements.

I cannot see the issue. Must be the backstop. Enlighten me or give us an alternative.

But that has been done already and if us voters cannot trust Tories what makes you think that anybody else will be more trustworthy and actually do what was voted for? Certainly not Corbyn & Labour who seem only to flip & flop depending on mood. There's no point having an election without a party that wants Brexit for people to vote for and the trouble is that the MP's of all parties are split, mostly in favour of remaining so it's a pointless exercise.

UKIP are the obvious answer if you want a hard Brexit.
