Thank you all! I'm feeling a combination of exited and anxious. I have an appointment about the mortgage next Tuesday so will feel a lot happier once that's out of the way. Our last house move was not straightforward so I'm preparing for the worst but hoping for the best.2

that's a great position to be in, just need to seal the deal now (which will be stressy, but does happen a lot so will work out in the end)I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Guess which numpty just fell over whilst out walking the dog?! I was really trying to be good these last few days - upping my water intake, eating more fruit and veg, and getting out for a walk every day. My reward - slipping on some seaweed and landing on the rocks. The only saving grace is that I didn't land on any of the 20 million jellyfish that were surrounding me. I'm feeling really sorry for myself, a bit battered and bruised, as well as really embarrassed. I'm trying not to let it derail my healthier lifestyle though.3

Oh no….if it’s any help when my (very large) dog was younger she was always pulling me over. I spent more time on my face than upright! Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
