Well done to all you teachers and school staff who have made it through another academic year. :T Commiserations all those - possibly only in Fayolle Land - who are still trudging on for the final few days next week.
Stupid busy day at work today, but it did make the hours pass quickly. Zilch flying done, apart from removing half a dozen spiders from DD's bedroom. You would have thought they were going to eat her, the fuss she made. I have contemplated a g&t but I have a volunteering meeting later tonight, and that might not be my best move. On the other hand....
About a dozen drops of rain fell on the way home, then nothing. It's so badly needed as we haven't had any for about 8 weeks now.0 -
We have rain!!!! WOOTY WOOTY WOOT!If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

Yes rain here as well.
Plus I think the fridge/ freezer is packing up, changed the fuse, but it is not getting any colder..........keep doors shut and worry about it tomorrow, neighbours are going on their hols tomorrow, I have a key to feed the cat, so I'll move everything in to thiers.................them sort out if I need a new one or not.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

!!!!!! I didn’t get half the stuff done I wanted too! Whilst I was out with the dogs I left vinegar on the grouting but it hasn’t made much difference even with a toothbrush scrub – any ideas, hints tips?

I sobbed. But I was also blessed with heartfelt words of appreciation and a gift from the clas in acknowledgement of my caring/nurturing. Morning all,
I partook in a few glasses of wine last night, so have been awake since 4am, I just don't sleep well after alcohol (unlike DH, who snores his head off all night!)
DW is on, laundry folded and put away, I'm now back in bed with a cuppa. I am car-less today so we won't be going far. We had a few hours of rain yesterday so no need to water the pots today :T
Have lovely days all xxMFW

Morning all. Hope you're all ok today.
I plan to do gardening this morning then I'm out this afternoon. Doglets are having another night away. I do need to go shopping but may put it off till tomorrow. Will see how I feel once I'm dressed.
No rain here so I've already watered the garden.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

Rain here over night, pots won't need watering, but sadly no where near enough for the grass, which is still brown and looks dead.
My fridge /freezer is no more, so a new on ordered, and will / should be delivered tomorrow, food from freezer in my two NND's freezers, the fridge still either eaten for breakfast / going to be for lunch or bined.

after a marathon ironing session I can now see Ironing Mountain Base Camp. Maiden's full and 7 hangers dangling from curtain rail.
I have also made a vegetable chilli with courgettes from the allotment plus various wilting bits, including fresh chillis, found in fridge but I have no kidney beans so must head out shortly.
