Thank you all.It is a real shame how young people are being treated so badly getting into work. DS is still trying, and trying furthur afield where he can catch the train. Hoping something works out well for him soon. Good luck to your son, DAL 😁.Caught up with BF on the weekend, before she went away to visit her parents for a couple weeks. Have been in work, either DD has come with me or DS has looked after her for a few hours until DH gets home. She gets to do the activities whilst she's there so she's happy to come. Have been taking her out on her bike and she is getting real good now, she did 3+ miles on the woodland cycle track yesterday and didn't falter once.On the weekend my sister tested positive for covid, she isn't too poorly with it thankfully and can work from home. My parents are having to isolate too as they had been with her but we haven't seen her in a few weeks. But since yesterday DH has been saying his food is tasting funny or of nothing at all 😧 so he booked himself in for a PCR test this morning, so we have both have had to have the day off today and stay in. Really hoping it will be a negative result 🤞🤞. I pick my nephew up every Thursday now from preschool and he comes back for dinner but obviously haven't been able too, will make it up to him next week 🤞.One of us left the freezer door open the other night 🙈😭 we don't buy a lot of frozen food and there wasn't much meat in there but still probably £40-50 worth of food straight in the bin, although some had been in there long enough 😆. Haven't been to replace it yet and in no rush really as my meal plan didn't rely on anything in there this week. Depending on DH's results, will go on the weekend and get a few bits with the shopping.Still loving the Olympics 🇬🇧🥇🥈🥉.Ordered my nan a moonpig card today, so money spent on that. She loves the photo cards, and specially loving DD's pictures. DD is still loving learning photography. Will add a photo of one she took on a walk the other day 😊.SPC 0762

DH test results were negative 😅 so relieved. He is feeling very bunged up today, so has caught a cold but least it is not covid. He did stay home today but I went back into work.Picked up my nephew from preschool, as couldn't do it yesterday. Been doing it for a couple months now on a Thursday but different people there today and I forgot the password 🙈 couldn't get hold of my brother or sister and law so was scrolling through months worth of messages on my phone to find it 🤣. Finally popped into my head, just as my brother rang me back. He had already eaten there so didn't stay for dinner but enjoyed coming back for a bit to play.Got everything downstairs ready for a car boot last weekend, and then it poured down. Weather is looking okay so far for this Sunday, really hope so because the piles of stuff is stressing me out. Doing car boots stress me out too though 🙈. But have said whatever we make can go towards a day out in the holidays.Just so glad that DH does not have covid and we don't have to self isolate, would have been a big worry, money wise also.SPC 0762

Good luck for the car boot tomorrow. I've got piles of stuff hanging round for selling or charity too - supposed to be decluttering but just moving stuff around really until I get it out of here 😆Starting debt (Aug 2018) £17,900

Hi Robin. Good news that DH's result was negative. I've done a few car boots and the most stressful part was driving on and people swarming around you while you're trying to set up. Then I found one that gave you 30 minutes to get sorted before the public could come in which was much better. Hope the weather holds up for you. x2

No luck with the car boot, rained all weekend. Just trying to ignore the pile of stuff for this week again and hopefully will be able to go this weekend coming.Took the DC out today. I drove to the city, I have only done this once before in 9 years I have been driving. I very rarely drive out of the local area 🤦♀️. But thought I'd give it a go, a bit nerve wracking but we had a great day. They both still had vouchers left from Christmas, so they spent those, we had a nice lunch out and they spent a hour or so in the Virtual Reality arcade, which they both loved. It is funny because I told my sister I had drove there and the news spread that I was finally brave enough to do it 😂.A big group have arrived at work this week so will be in every afternoon but hopefully can get out with DD on her bike or possibly book Go Ape one morning, got a discount with my parking pass and she does enjoy that.SPC 0762

What a lovely photo your DD took. My dd got interested in photography when she was around 7, had the opportunity to do it at GCSE and is now doing it at A level. Right now she is looking into doing it in some form as a degree! Her love is fashion and creative light, although I think she takes some lovely ones of nature, but she doesn't feel the same!Debt free Feb 2021 🎉3

Thanks DAL 😊 my DD got interested last year at the age of 7 too. She really enjoys it. She only likes taking pictures of nature at the moment, we live in the perfect place for it 🌳🌲🌿😊. My brother gave her a Sony photography camera with lenses and that started her love for it. I wouldn't even know where to begin with it but she picked it up really quickly. Was the first day at my new job that I felt truly stressed out today. They said a big group was coming in but I wasn't quite expecting it to be so big. There was people everywhere. Felt a bit overwhelmed but I feel okay for the rest of the week, now I am prepared for it.Finally went shopping. Spent just under £115, but bought some bits for the freezer as that's been totally bare since last week.Go ape was fully booked this week so they are booked on for next week. Also ordered DD a new puzzle as she's finished another today.SPC 0762
