    Thanks for the chart Chris.

Well done Vixstar on sotw. :T

I've just enjoyed a Green Tea with a hint of mint.
But must say it tasted like a normal tea when you've just brushed your teeth. :rotfl:

I like green tea with lemon, but it is not good for your tea!

You have put me off it with mint! :D:D:D

    Food today:

    Breakfast

Muller light, all bran and berries

    Lunch/snacks

    2 apples
    FF cottage cheese
    Tomato

    Tea

pulled pork and peas (I did SW chips - but they were not cooked in time and I was hungry.... so I went without)
    Quark, berries and all bran.

    Syns

    2 water crackers - 0.5 each so 1
35 g of all bran - no idea.

  • Thanks for the chart ChrisV & well done Vixstar on being SOTW.

Have had a quiet day in all respects - found an advantage of working with hubby ....if he goes out of the office I get to put the radio on!

Prepared tomorrow's tea (hunter chicken) which we'll have with a jacket potato so will be on plan at least.

Have a good day tomorrow everyone

SSM which water biscuits are only 0.5 syns? Most are 1 syn each.

Forgot to say thanks to Chrisv for the chart and congratulations to vixstar on being our SOTW.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - tuna salad, will make a syn free dressing for the salad
D - going to Nandos, taking our friends for their birthdays rather than buying them presents. Difficult finding a restaurant we all like as they are very conservative with what they eat! We don't like the places locally that they like a d vice versa!

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - no idea at the moment!

    Denise
