Actually that's a good idea bubbs, do you photograph everything that you eat and drink?
That might help me at night to recall where/when I've gone wrong.
My main meal, i would forever be taking pictures else:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: i drink about 3 tea, 3 litres and more water in the morning, 2 or 3 drinks in the afternoon, get home from work 2 tea /winter 3, about 5 pints NAS blackcurrant without the food:rotfl::rotfl:

Evening all.
Well, I seem to have lost 2lbs overnight! I believe that I gain when flying (water retention maybe) so a net gain of 1lb in the last two weeks is entirely acceptable. Although, my craving for 'Winter food' meant slow cooked beef stew and dumplings for tea - delicious but the dumplings are quite synful.
I've made the Pinch of Nom onion bhajis before and they were rather good (the sweet potato version). I used paper bun cases to help hold them together.
Read back a bit now - belated happy anniversary Maman, your meal sounds fab! I've been happily unmarried for 36 years - as the saying goes, you get less for murder...
Congrats Vixstar on SOTW
Fingers crossed for Stoke0 -
Esmy, that is fabulous for 2 weeks x100

Well I managed a 1lb loss last night. Very happy with that as I've had 7 meals out this last week. I know SW don't let you earn extra syns with Body Magic (WW used to), but I have to put the loss down to all the exercise.
Now on countdown to holiday. Working today. Got tomorrow booked off as a packing day, then setting off at some ungodly hour of Friday morning.
Know I need to try to stick to plan until I go, but not sure how well my willpower is going to hold out. Have a semi healthy lunch with me, but it might go in the cupboard, and I'll go and buy something.
Today's 'plan':
Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
Lunch - Naked noodle
Dinner - Pasta bake
Snacks - SF jelly, fruit, cereal bars
HA - milk and cheese
HB - cereal bars
Syns - sf jelly (0.5), naked noodle (2)Zebras rock0 -

Kathryn - I'd be really hungry if I only had Naked Noodles for lunch - they're not very filling. Will you have anything else? Perhaps some fruit & yoghurt.
Well done Stoke. Good luck with the final stone!
Things have finally moved on with DGS. We're moving him into his flat this evening. He's already in Reading so we'll be taking his stuff down (good job we've got a 4x4!), my little car wouldn't hold even a quarter of it!
Problem being I've no idea what or when we'll be eating! We've had stuffed mushrooms for breakfast (1 syn for 10g of cheese).
Will probably have a gammon salad sandwich for lunch to use up the last of the gammon.
It'll probably be a takeaway of some sort tonight but no idea what there is in the area DGS is moving to.
Back tomorrow but hopefully with a proper plan!

Well done :T:j:TI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

It was a case of grabbing what was in the cupboard, as I am running my fridge down before we go away.
The closer we get to lunchtime, the less appealing it is seeming. Tempted to go to the noodle bar near work. They are lovely, but gets expensive to have too often. They do some that have less noodles and extra veg.Zebras rock0 -
Well done Stoke :j:A and all you other losers :T
Congrats on Anniversaries and any birthdays I’ve missed, I do read every day but don’t always remember when I do post
Big hugs to those in Need, me included as not having the best of times at the moment. Not eating proper meals, missing some then eating the wrong things. Hate to say it but will be glad when I go back to work
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
