Good morning! Back from Dublin and ready to take the bull by the horns again. I went a bit awry and had a 1lb gain last week - please can you add this in Chris? Thanks :) And well done Vix SOTW!

Had a sneaky hop on the scales this morning and have gained a further 3.5lb over the weekend :o Doesn't seem fair given the amount we walked but we did work out there's 10 syns in a pint of Guinness so....

Breakfast today will be a bacon and mushroom omelette, not sure about the rest of the day yet, need to have a look in the cupboards and have a think.
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb

SSM which water biscuits are only 0.5 syns? Most are 1 syn each.

    Denise

They are Carrs - I googled them the little ones are 0.5, the large ones are 1.5. I would not buy them, but they are in the cupboard. DS1 is home for one night of Friday, so I will get cheese and hope he eats them!

    Loss -1

Really looking forward to weigh-in tonight and I haven't for many weeks. Fairly certain the 5st award is finally mine, just desperate to know how far I'm off target. I suspect it'll be around 10-12lbs.

    Final push!!! :)

Thanks again for the chart Chris and well done Vixstar for SOTW

Happy to report a -2.5 loss this week, doesn't quite make up for putting 6 on last week but at least it is heading back in the right direction.

OMG that's drastic!! It will work though as I know arkers has had lots of alcohol free days and got a good loss.

I don't think I'd cope with such drastic action ssm. No alcohol:( Almost no syns.:( Excessive carrots.:(

Looking forward to helping you celebrate stoke. We're all rooting for you!:)

Although you don't count sauce and gravy as syns bubbs, you must have enough left over each week to cover them.

Last night's meal was absolutely delicious. Gorgeous ripe avocado was the only SW unfriendly main ingredient but there was some mayo, some cream in pasta sauce and I had deep fried zucchini. Worth every mouthful though. And I'm sure dancing around to Abba counts as Body Magic!:rotfl:

Today's a little on plan oasis before DD2 comes to stay for a couple of days. Tomorrow evening we're having a SW friendly meal at home but out to lunch on Thursday. Next week will be major reining back.;)

Called into Sainsbury's today to buy a few bits for visitors. I plan to do Eton Mess but no mini meringues. I didn't even see a gap on the shelf so had to buy nests instead.:(

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, half banana
L: JP with cottage cheese and gherkins
D: savoury mince, mash, carrots, cabbage, kale.
    Syns: NONE!

I am being really good this week as I had a splurge last week which included non stop eating the day before I got back on plan, I am also saving syns as DS1 is home for one night on Friday so meal out, and next Monday I am taking my surrogate daughter out to celebrate her getting her degree and a job....so it will be synful x

    Meals...

    Breakfast
    all bran, brambles and yoghurt.

    Lunch/snacks
    2 apples
    banana
    cottage cheese
    pepper
    benefit bar

I struggled and was pleased when someone brought fruit into the office so I had another apple and some grapes. I need to take more protein for tomorrow

home from work - a piece of something naughty jumped in my mouth but it was only small some sort of nugget thing....thank god it is all gone! But I did drink lots of water with it...I am counting that as my full syn allowance minus the benefit bar

Tea - left overs from yesterday - SW chips (that I had not eaten) pulled pork and beans.

Actually that's a good idea bubbs, do you photograph everything that you eat and drink?
That might help me at night to recall where/when I've gone wrong.
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!
