Since 4.45pm yesterday, I have shut myself off from society and lain down in a darkened room. The Bairns lost again – to Connah’s Quay Nomads!!!!!!!!! It was painful to put that down in black & white.

    Well done, gts.

    That made me laugh. Sorry!

Sorry I've not had chance to post for a while - been busy with new job. Too tired to come on the forum at night time.

I know I did join the challenge but let it slide.

At least my weight is not really going up - I am staying on plan as much as I can, although I find the weekends a bit of a challenge! Money is tight at the moment, so I can't splurge on things!

I hope everyone is well. x

ETA:- Was considering re-joining group, but just can't afford it at the moment!

Congrats giggling goat and Vixstar on SOTW! Some very good results in this challenge. Good luck to all joining the next one.

TIE glad things have settled down a bit for you.

Today's mystery meal - an unidentified box in the freezer turned out to be a small amount of stewing steak so chucked in the slow cooker with onion gravy and potatoes, found some (very old) frozen puff pastry, so a sort of meat and potato pie was assembled. The pastry must be old as I haven't eaten it in over a year! I had a very small amount, then looked up the syns  still around 10 syns worth.Glad there's no more of it!

Tomorrows plan is to make soup from the bits of veg lurking around and half a jar of passata that's in the fridge and dinner will be smoked haddock fish cakes. I'm quite enjoying the challenge of using stuff up, even if it isn't always totally SW friendly and I reckon I've saved at least a weeks shopping budget, which can be spent on hols! All good.

Not sure how much you think you might be off target range abbafan but if you could get back in then you could get back to group and not have to pay. I think that would mean you were in target range when you last went IYSWIM.:D

At least you can't afford to be buying take aways! :D

    Thanks for posting. :)

Well done giggling goat and vixstar on being joint SOTW.

Abbafan it's worth getting back to regular posting if you can. As Maman said above if you are still in target you can go back a d still not pay, assuming you were in target when you last went.
