  • Evening! So I’m a bit late but weighed in last week late due to work (Saturday morning) and lost 1.5lb. I was back on my usually night today and amazingly managed another 0.5lb. Not much but as it was an evening weigh in as oppose the 9am-no-food-or-drink-before Saturday, I was a bit worried I’d have gained, so yeah!

    Could I have 7lb for the challenge please? It’ll be tough as I’m off on hols for 2.5 weeks from next Wednesday, but hey, I can but try :-)

    I'm always nervous when I go to an evening WI. I try to avoid them whenever possible. I suppose I'm lucky I've got the choice. I try to replicate exactly what I did when I joined. On that (memorable:D) day I didn't make the final decision to join until I'd had my breakfast so I still do that although loads at my group eat during Image Therapy after they've weighed.


    I've got some beansprouts to use up so having stir fry for lunch. I'm ahead of myself because dinner is all prepped too.:)


    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, half banana
    L: veggie stir fry
    D: gammon slices, carrot/potato/spring onion mash, cauli, broccoli
    Syns: none;)

    Yes, it makes so much more sense to go to the morning groups, but I just can't make it consistently. I will be next Tuesday though due to timings, so that will be a good WI hopefully, although, it'll means an even worse Tuesday evening WI when I get back after 2.5 weeks away :eek::rotfl:
