  • Hello all, well I've had a dramatic few weeks not going to go in to it and bring everyone down as its not at all positive and I'm trying to move forward ha but anyway that's why I've been awol yet again

Littlie starts school on Wednesday :O and I have decided that I will go back to group after September is out of the way and go on a Monday whilst she is at school :) but until then I am trying to loosely follow the principles at home around various happenings. not always possible to be 100% but if I can reach 75% a day for the time being that's a huge achievement.

I have found a couple of lemon slices in hot/warm water helps keep my emotional eating at bay so very handy at the moment!

    today roughly looks like:
Weetabix (hub) with semi skimmed milk (part hea) and some syn free skinny syrup. hot water with lemon
mid morning: some fish sticks, apple and a yogurt plus more lemon and warm water
lunch: I have soup (50/50 speed and free veg) and/or some salad with cooked chicken (all speed/free)
tea: plan is steak and boiled new potatoes and salad

    Afternoon
Popping in with a small gain +1lb
Was not as well behaved as I'd thought, did go to Brighton yesterday and resisted ice cream, but got back so late I didn't resist the chips on the way home!
Still kids are back tomorrow so fresh start. I do have some aunties visiting for 3 weeks and they will be bringing cakes and food (that we didn't get over here) but I shall try and syn as best I can (will be hard though as they don't have sw over there so will have to find the nearest item here and maybe syn accordingly?)
Can I ask how long the next challenge runs for?
    Thanks x

Even easier than that (and probably cheaper) is to shake a few drops from a bottle of Aldi lemon juice into a mug of hot water. That's what I have when I'm a bit tight on my HEA.:)

It's up to Halloween sirens. I'm sure kathrynha will be along soon to collect the targets and start a new thread.:)
If the cakes are shop bought then they should have nutritional information on the packaging. Then we can work out the syns in the calculator.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, half banana, HEA milk
L: JP with SW Bolognese, beetroot and pickled cabbage
D: baked haddock, SW chips, cauliflower steaks, green beans, mushrooms, tomatoes
    Syns: None.:)

Had a stir fry tonight & all I wanted was chips from the chip shop.

Glad to see you back LLS - sorry to hear you've had a rough time of it lately but hopefully it's light at the end of the tunnel you can see.
