    Evening everyone

Weigh in day for me and I lost 3lb

Also got my 2 1/2 stone certificate :T:T:T

    Was very happy :D
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

STS for me this week, don't think I did anything wrong this week so not too worried. Next week, on the other hand is worrying me a bit, we're off work and have family visiting. Avoiding too much alcohol is going to be tricky!

Kathrynha I'll go for 7lb for the next challenge, thanks.

    Afternoon everyone.

Well done to all the losers! I am still holding on to the pound gained a few weeks ago but I confess I haven't been 'on it' this week - lucky it wasn't a gain really.

I am determined I won't do any food shopping now till we go on holiday next week so I'm trying to be creative and use what's here. I'll be eating Greek for a week (love Greek food) so I need to make these next few days count as much as possible. Today's dinner is courgette and feta burgers (an old Hairy Bikers inspired recipe) with roasted peppers and onions and salad, so lots of speed there. I have some smoked haddock in the freezer that I've just unearthed - suggestions welcome! After that it'll be whatever else I can find in the freezer - I do wish I'd learn to label things as there are several mystery meals in there! It'll be interesting, anyway...

    Have a good weekend all.
