    Went to Iceland to buy sw bean burgers and a sw curry. Some macaroons fell in my basket and at 54 K cals each I thought they'd be just the thing for a sweet treat. Got one defrosting now and will report back on how they are.

    Evening all.

    Had a bit of a blah weekend.

    I was going to go swimming this evening but got home late, my shoulder hurts and I'm constantly tired so guess what .....

    Am going for a target of 9lbs on the next challenge please.

    Oh, maman, I wouldn’t wish that on anybody! We are truly awful! New man has his work cut out (although reserves won 3-0 this afternoon).

    Can’t believe I managed to lose 0.4lbs this week after the chocolate I’ve had to consume to keep my sanity! (see above)

    Went to SW and posted a 1lb gain.Quite happy considering.I will be going all out this week with no bad snacking and will increase the body -magic. Could be an interesting week.
