Eye test was fine it’s just the run up to things that triggers the anxiety.
Was really shocked how bad my eyesight has deteriorated, especially my right eye. Thought it was just my reading glasses that were scratched :rotfl: Now recommended multi focal to wear all the time as my distance has deteriorated quiet a lot. More expenseIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Sorry but I've not been around.
12 days ago I weighed at SW and apparently I'd maintained.
This Monday, just gone I went to SW and was told I'd lost 1.5lb's.
I'll take that,as I have not been as commited as I should've been.
Must be the jogging that I've been doing that saved me.....
Ramping up the exercise now,and not eating Crisps or Chocolate.
Another weigh-in this coming Monday!0 -
Hope your alright Takeiteazy x0

Been a fabulous day here, sun shining and my team won for the first time this season so very happy!
Drink was taken to celebrate but hopefully not enough to go over syns. I'm feeling quite philosophical (probably the drink) as if I can lose this week I'll be delighted but if I don't then que sera and it'll cost me £5 or so. I can live with that!
Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, half banana
L: veggie omelette, ham, picklesAldi Lamb Rogan Josh, HM pilau, SW chips, mushrooms
Syns: 1.5 curry. wine syns tbc0 -
Not often I'm first of the day to post!:D
It's a glorious day here again. After lunch I intend to drag DH out for a bit of a walk.:)
I'm making beef in red wine for dinner but using a red wine stockpot instead of 'real' wine. I'm not expecting great things but the worst that can happen is it'll taste like a beef stew.
4 meals of Bolognaise portioned up for the freezer this morning plus one for me for a JP later in the week. I'll do some more JPs while the oven's on too.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast. HEA milk for drinks
L: bacon, fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, spring onion, courgettesbeef in red 'wine' (with carrots, mushrooms, and onions) SW roasties, kale, swede & carrot mash, braised red cabbage and anything else I fancy.:D
Syns: 1 for cornflour, wine syns.0 -
I've used the red wine stockpots but definitely not the same as using red wine, but at least it's Free and saves your syns. The white wine stockpots used in a risotto I think is better.
Pork steak, potatoes and veg for dinner tonight.
