This sounds good to me :)

I've been very well behaved this week, so I'm hoping I've lost a bit that I can put back on, so I have a maintain :D #LogicFail

Actually, reminds me, I need to text my consultant let her know otherwise it's a double payment isn't it? :)

You will be saving up for a loss.... but go and enjoy yourself x

Am feeling envious, those going on holiday while I’m getting ready to go back to work :(

Anxiety has kicked in big time, feel like my body is fizzing all the time. Every so often I feel like I’m bubbling over :( I’m on the highest dose of meds, not helping though. Also gone from sleeping all the time to not sleeping well at all, wish my brain had an off switch :(

Sorry to hear your anxiety has kicked in, maybe a chat with the doctor to make sure you are on the right meds and maybe some talking therapy? I have seen some really wonderful results with talking therapy. What about writing the things that are whizzy in your brain down... it may help to relax the brain a little. We are hear for you whenever you want us x
