Am feeling envious, those going on holiday while I’m getting ready to go back to work
Anxiety has kicked in big time, feel like my body is fizzing all the time. Every so often I feel like I’m bubbling overI’m on the highest dose of meds, not helping though. Also gone from sleeping all the time to not sleeping well at all, wish my brain had an off switch
Sorry to hear your anxiety has kicked in, maybe a chat with the doctor to make sure you are on the right meds and maybe some talking therapy? I have seen some really wonderful results with talking therapy. What about writing the things that are whizzy in your brain down... it may help to relax the brain a little.
