I've been very well behaved this week, so I'm hoping I've lost a bit that I can put back on, so I have a maintain#LogicFail
Actually, reminds me, I need to text my consultant let her know otherwise it's a double payment isn't it?0 -
This sounds good to me

Not exactly double payment but yes you have to pay for missed weeks if you haven't booked holiday, so you definitely need to contact your consultant to book holiday. Don't know if you're aware but you only get 6 weeks a year and your year restarts on the aniversay month you joined.

Thanks for that denise, I didn't know the detail. I so rarely need to take holidays as I always make sure I'm at target before I go. I have taken the last couple of weeks off though as I thought I might as well use them up as I wouldn't lose due to visitors etc. So my new holiday year starts at the last week of September. I'll remember that for future use, although hope I don't need it.:D
We're having a 'cheats' stuffed marrow this evening. Briefly, I cut the marrow into rings (soften in microwave) then put in a dish, fill the 'holes' with savoury mince then top with cheese before putting it in the oven. I've kept my HEA for that and mainly stuck to black tea all day except for breakfast. I might mix up cheddar and parmesan to get some extra flavour in and top with sliced tomatoes to boost the Speed.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB overnight oats with red berries
L: JP with cottage cheese, beetroot, pickled cabbagestuffed marrow with mushrooms and broccoli, HEA cheese

DS3 went away on Sunday with work, so OH and myself are home alone really for the first time in 29 years....... so we acted like teenagers having the use of an empty house!!
All I can say is thank god for double glazing and the neighbours poor hearing or we may have had the police visiting!
I promise I will be back on plan tomorrow morning.:D
The mind boggles
Am feeling envious, those going on holiday while I’m getting ready to go back to work
Anxiety has kicked in big time, feel like my body is fizzing all the time. Every so often I feel like I’m bubbling overI’m on the highest dose of meds, not helping though. Also gone from sleeping all the time to not sleeping well at all, wish my brain had an off switch
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Maybe it won't be that bad. But whatever happens you'll have 105 new syns and a new week!
Sorry to hear you're struggling tie . I just know it's that job of yours. Have you thought of trying something different? :A
I'm having an attack of the munchies.I've no idea why and it's the last thing I need with WI tomorrow.
I've eaten 2 satsumas and some grapes but they don't help. Now I've taken a pack of cold turkey from the freezer! No pun intended! :rotfl:
