    STS for me this week
    I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

    + 1.5lb for me, happy with that as was on holiday and had been clearing out food before I went so not enough speed. Back on a mission this week!

    I've changed weigh in to Friday and have lost -2lb since last time.
