My SW consultant always says there are 21 one meals in a week and a few bad meals doesn't mean the whole week has to be a right off. Think her thinking is rubbing off on me :)

    Mine says this too.
I also think it has stuck in my head somewhat.

Thanks, bubbs. Denise, thank goodness someone else has as many years under their anniversary belt as me!

Those are great losses, Vixstar and Arkers.

You!!!8217;re doing a great job with the chart, Chrisv. Congrats on being our SOTW, Vixstar.

As expected I had a gain this morning, but it was just over ½ pound, so I!!!8217;ll grab that. Today has gone well !!!8211; so far.

Have you tried the SW onion gravy? Recipe below:

    2 white onions, finely chopped
    3 red onions, sliced
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1 heaped tsp tomato pur!e
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 beef stock cube
    Method

Spray a large non-stick pan with low calorie cooking spray and gently fry the white onions until soft or microwave for 2 minutes on full power. Blend until smooth adding a drop of water, if needed, this will make it a little easier. Remove from pan and set aside.
Fry the red onions in the pan and cook until browned.
Return the pur!ed white onion to the pan and add the garlic, tomato pur!e, balsamic vinegar, stock cube and 100ml of water. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste. If you want a thinner sauce add more water.

If you don't want onions in the gravy just blend the whole lot at the end. I love this, far better than gravy granules!

    Denise

    Lovely thanks Denise.
Sounds gorgeous like a French Onion soup. :T

Thanks for the good wishes:). We're out for an Italian meal later. It's lovely food there but I think it'll be really off plan but I expected it.

    :T well done vixstar. That's a really good loss!:T

Have your tried the Hairy Bikers braised steak curlgirl?

    https://www.bbc.com/food/recipes/braised_steak_with_gravy_24508

It has heaps of delicious gravy. We had it yesterday and I count it as free. It's just a teaspoon of cornflour for the whole lot. In the past I've saved some gravy and reheated it.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, half banana, HEA milk
L: ham, gherkins, fried LO veg
    D: Italian
    Syns: tbc

    Thanks.
That looks like a lovely recipe as well.

Well done Vixstar on sotw. :T

I've just enjoyed a Green Tea with a hint of mint.
But must say it tasted like a normal tea when you've just brushed your teeth. :rotfl:
