1/2 off for me tonight.
Well done! :j
I'm reporting a STS this week. I'm quite happy with this because I'm aiming for the big picture/long game, if that makes sense. As long as the overall pattern is down, I'm happy.
I hope everyone is okay and having a good evening.2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000 -
- 1/2lb for me, at least it is a loss. Eating was quite erratic, so probably didn't actually eat enough this week. Aiming for better this week, at least I have a free weekend to plan & prep, although I am going for a Toby Carvery on Sunday!A smile costs little but creates much0

Love this! Well done on your losses Beanie and GTS, and your STS Sky!
Plan for today:
B - Granola and FF yog
D - Boiled egg, grated carrot and beetroot (1), cucumber, cherry toms; apple and passionfruit
T - Pork chop with mushrooms and cherry toms
HEA - Milk
HEB - Granola
Syns - Coconut oil (2), beetroot* (1), sugar in coffee (4) = 7
(*Beetroot is normally free and speed, but I buy ready grated stuff with a smoky flavouring which has syns, actually less than one per serving but I round it up to be safe - I feel I need to add this disclaimer in occasionally in case people think I'm confused)
Weigh day tomorrow so trying to keep it light. Had spaghetti last night instead of quinoa and saw the difference on the scales this morning
Have a lovely Friday all! I'm off to take granny shopping and then it looks like its gonna pour down so I might just settle in front of the telly with my crochet. The job hunt needs to start in earnest soon though...Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Another hot day here! Already sweating by 8 o'clock this morning!
A fairly light day today:
B - baked oats, frozen mixed berries, pomegranate seeds, quark (0.5 HEB - only used 20g oats & an egg - didn't need any yoghurt)
L - mushroom, tomato, spring onion, spinach & pepper omelette
D -sea bream fillet, new potatoes, green beans, cauliflower & broccoli traybake. May have some tartare sauce with it but not sure yet so possibly 1 syn
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day (but probably won't use all of it!)
HEB - oats 0.5; Alpen Light salted caramel as a snack 0.5
Syns - weekend wine:D; tartare sauce 1?
Hope everyone has a good day.

Weighed in today and saw - 1lb which, given I'd eaten the calorie laden curry (and it was ....should have taken a picture of the oil!) I was pleased with.
Now officially lighter than I was at pre Christmas :rotfl:
I bought as well the new cookbook as I need some inspiration for meals....even I'm getting fed up with the same old meals now.
Only going to pay lip service to SW today but will be back on it tomorrow.
Have a good day everyone!0 -
