Hi everyone.
Sorry I've been AWOL for a bit but we've had a family bereavement which will mean family members travelling from all over the world for the funeral (and us crossing the Irish Sea) so loads to sort out. As a consequence I went 'off it' for a bit last week but meal planning has resumed without any damage done. The saying 'Fail to plan, plan to fail' is very true of SW in my experience.

I should get gold then , i clean houses for a living so up and down all day:rotfl::rotfl:You have to tell your consultant when you are due one, although my consultant will ask if someone has earnt one if they bring up exercise in image therapy.
