On checking the NHS weight site this morning I find that I'm now no longer in the obese category, just overweight. I've been aiming to get below 10 stone and I haven't got far to go.

For breakfast we had grilled bacon, grilled tomatoes, a slice of high-fibre bread with a smear of Tiptree marmalade. Half an orange each, and 2 cups of coffee.

Lunch: a grilled pork chop each, steamed mangetout peas. One banana and an easy-peel orange.

Tea: crackers and a little bit of Wensleydale cheese.

That's it for the day apart from tea, water etc.
    Well done:T

    Hello All
Popping in with a loss of -4lb happy with that after my horrifying gain last week, think most of it was due to sweating my way round Greenwich park and under the river and back last Friday and then up the hill to the planetarium for ds birthday. We had a great day, the weather was glorious and I'm sorry to say I did indulge in an ice cream after making my way back down the hill!
Still back on track apart from that.

B mini nutty shredded wheat (22 which is hexb) yog, fruit
    S cereal bar (3.5)
L bulgar wheat, salad and lo roast beef from Sunday, apple
D jacket pot, cheese (hexa) broccoli and some of my mums panko fried chicken. Not sure on the points but going to go with my remaining syns for the day of 14.5 I only had 2 small pieces but will over syn just in case.

Well done sky on sotw x

    Well done, brilliant loss:T:T

Looks like it's going to be another nice day. If it's not too hot may sit in the garden with a book this afternoon!

Another Green day for us today:

L - pizza toasts - tomato, mushrooms, onions, cheese
D - veggie dhansak/rice - onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, lentils, carrot, courgette, peppers, green beans, spinach; spices

3.5lbs off... so back to where I started roughly a few months ago. This week though, I am getting back on it. I am fully focussed again. I'll hopefully get my 5st award next week then, one more and I'm at target!!!

    Good luck everyone!
  • Well done Stoke!!
I've put on 1lb this week, having lost 5.5lb's the week before.
I only have myself to blame,I had quite a big bag of salted cashew nuts and a few Gin and slimline tonics on Saturday
I am fully focussed again and I am doing more jogging too this week.
Ok,so I was 13 stone 10 on Monday at SW but I am determined to be less next Monday.

:T Well done on your losses kathrynha, sirens and stoke.

That's OK as a weekend treat. Was that on top of using 105 syns for the week? It's not a bad gain though.:)

I'm thinking of doing that too. Summer's back down south.:T I decided to prep my dinner this morning before it got too hot. Perhaps a bit heavy for the weather but I fancied it.

What surprised me was that DH said how much he'd enjoyed last night's veggie chilli. Not a mention of lack of meat;). that was the last of it in the freezer so I'll have to make more.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix with HEA milk, red berries
L: ham, LO fried veg (all Speed), cornichons, pickled cabbage
D: Austrian ham hash with kale
    Syns: Parmesan 1
