Jacket potatoes are great batch cooked, crisp in oven as usual.
Allow to go cold then wrap individually in cling film, freeze.
They can then be unwrapped and cooked in microwave from frozen in 5 mins.
I saw this on someone's cook programme, great for a quick meal.

I have moved my weigh day back to Monday - as I kept forgetting on Friday!

-2.2 which is due to a tummy bag.... not sticking to plan. :o:o:o:o

I use an app to monitor my weight too, Abba. Mine is “Monitor your Weight”, imaginative, eh? It’s for android.

Sorry been a little AWOL again. School holidays, so totally out of routine, and lots of days off and stuff.
Managed a 1lb gain last week (Sorry late for the chart Chris). Could have been worse, but now just a day away from next weigh in, and another not great week.

Managed to catch up on the thread. Well done to all the losers, and hugs for the gainers and sts'ers. Well done Sky on SOTW, and thank you Chris for the chart.

Happy belated birthday Lush. Hope you had a good day

Hope you are okay now after your fall Beanie. Take care of yourself.

Sunshine, I knew what a lat was. Not sure about Beanie's shoogle though.

    Arkers, welcome back.

Tete, I find frozen quiche wet too. Reheating does help, but not totally. Unfortunately it is one of those things better fresh.
