We'll done on your losses GTQ, GTS and Beanie. I'd like to report a 2.5lb loss. Fantastically pleased as my week away included cheese toasties, dessert and alcohol every day. Going to really stick to it this week as I'm so close to 1 stone. I've also noticed the area of my body that I disliked the most is definitely starting to shrink so all good.

Will never be that but happier than I have been in a long time with me being me:):T

What a lovely thing to say. So pleased for you!:A

:Twell done on your losses vixstar and gts.

    - 1/2lb for me, at least it is a loss. Eating was quite erratic, so probably didn't actually eat enough this week. Aiming for better this week, at least I have a free weekend to plan & prep, although I am going for a Toby Carvery on Sunday!

It's weird how you can not eat enough and lose. But it's still a loss.:T Carvery isn't a bad choice though. It can be quite SW friendly. What I do is refuse the giant Yorkshires and then swiftly move on to the veg. Then try to fill up your plate with Speed so there's barely room for roasties.:D

I've been to WI this morning and gained 4lbs.:( I'm feeling quite philosophical about it as the last time I weighed was May 31st. So 4lbs in over two months including my holiday, World Cup drinking and various meals out isn't too bad really. I can't see me shifting it quickly as I've got quite a lot on in the next couple of weeks so I'll just have to be good when I can. It'll go eventually. ;)

ETA: Sadly Denise I'm now 3lbs out of range. No idea why my menu plan didn't post. Have now redone it. Maybe its telling me I shouldn't be eating anything!:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk
L: veggie omelette, ham, cottage cheese, lettuce, pickled cabbage
D: savoury mince, new potatoes, broccoli, kale
    Syns: tbc

Tete, your smokey grated beetroot sounds delicious!

    It's just from Tesco :D

Well done GTS and Vix on your losses!

Commiserations Maman but 4lb is not bad all things considered. I can do that in a weekend if I try my hardest ;)

Maman - are you still in target range? 4lb is pretty good with everything that's been going on it the last couple of months. If you're still in range then not a problem with not weighing for a while again!

What happened to your menu plan? It isn't there!

    Thank you Maman.
It was very strange, I had a conversation with someone about being in hospital as a child.
It suddenly clicked that is why I consider food as a reward. So now I am more aware of that. If that makes sense

There are bits of me that I am not happy with but it is what it is.

Morning all! So pleased with a 2lb loss this week, and my half stone award! One pound off next week will take me under 14st so that's something to aim for now.

Not sure what's for tea yet today, need to do some shopping, but brunch will be bacon, scrambled eggs with spring onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, and I'm treating myself to a crumpet! :D
