Thank you both. I really don’t think I can cope with it all going wrong again, so I am trying to be positive and hoping the right house will come along for us at the right time.Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £50,378.61

My Dad is now having more surgery next week.
They want to tackle this latest tumour asap as it is seems aggressive and is growing quickly, I am just praying with all my strength that they can get rid of it all. He has to go out of area for the surgery as the hospital nearest to them can't do such operations, so again he will be over an hour away from home. I am so scared and so sad. I had to gently break the latest news to DS this morning as we phone my parents daily. It's so difficult telling him whilst trying not to break down.
In other news, I sold an item today for £10 which has been sat in the garage for months, taking up room. It was DS's so the money has gone into his savings.
I haven't heard from the estate agent after paying them £1K yesterday and instructing them, not even to confirm receipt of the request and funds. Not great customer service so far, I will be chasing them later today but I hope it's not a sign of things to come.

I've just listed another bundle of DS's too-small clothes on ebay. Hopefully they will bring in a few extra pennies to add to the pots.
