Hollydays - I am not sure what your point is? Which element of my post did you think was out of proportion?0

Hello
First of all im sorry for posting this here but I am a newbie (not yet one day old) and do not know how to post a new thread.
If someone can help me?
Mobile Media systems - which is Phone box Direct and Cool New Mobile have today gone into liquidation!
These two popoluar websites specialised in offering 12 months cashback for mobile phone contracts.
I do not what will happen to the poor customers of these companies.
But perhaps knowing this information early on may help.
For proof of this see the home page of www.mobiletoday.co.uk
I really hope that this may help but I fear it may just be some bad news for many people.

BucksLiz - I made every effort to show that I was using your post as an example of how the efforts of stores to provide good customer service can be abused, and I specifically said that I was not accusing you of doing so, just pointing out that to a store, you are not even a customer yet and you are already trying to get something for free. You didn't specify that you only wanted codes for new customers, and I know that Ocado do offer free delivery on certain values of orders but their standard charge is between £5 and £10.
If you don't want to be involved in the discussion, maybe your post would have been better on the board specifically designed for asking for discount codes - you joined in a thread about Tesco delivery service, which has become a thread about customer service. I am trying to provide a devil's advocate view of how retailers and customers see one another. If you don't want to be drawn into what you consider a 'petty argument' then why reply?0 -

Paul - you may get a better reponse to this if you start a new thread on this board as that way people will see the title of your post on the opening page.0 -

To start a new thread, when you are on the main board i.e. by clicking this link
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=55
Hit the Blue button called "New Thread"Enter an appropriate title copy and paste the text you already posted in the above post into your message box, and click submit.
You will also want to consider where to post that message.... is it a vent? Might be better placed in the phones board.0 -
:hello: watchzeitgeist good luck! I hope your experiences on money saving expert are better than mine. I find some people on here to be very rude and I'm off :hello: Bye0

Wig a misleading price would be one where a company displays one price then intends to charge another (and sticks by this) or then adds on extra charges. This would not then include an incorrect sel if a company doesn't intend to charge an incorrect price (meaning they have a policy that corrects the mistake). This is why you cannot find any examples for Tescos being fined for an incorrect sel!
The words misleading and incorrect have different meanings.0 -
how dare they but asda is not much different I stopped shopping on line as I would have items missing or crushed and by the time I would phone customer services and be put on hold it was costing me more in the call.0
