  • a poor show when it is now over a month and still no refund from my shopping 3rd December - I thought it had to be done within 30days by law?

I couldn't agree more with Tribulations. This attitude is from top to bottom and in all the fields. That is why we have tons of complaints on forums like this. I wonder what is the percentage of satisfaction vs complaints? Probably narrowing rapidly as the years go by. Prices are going up and quality is coming down.

Not being a Tesco customer I cannot comment on their service. However, the simple answer to all these complaints is to vote with your feet!

There are plenty of other supermarkets our there, many of which are far better in terms of quality and service. Tesco is a formidable retailer who will understand only one thing....the bottom line. I personally think they have too much influcence in the food chain and disagree with their company ethos.

Show them who is really boss and give your money to their competitors!

But yet you bury your head in the sand about the attitude of the consumer that is so selfish they somehow have managed to make all this fuss over a reduced Banana.

The real attitude problem is with the modern day selfish consumer. Why do people always bury their heads in the sand to their selfish behavior and only achknowledge they way they staff reacted to someone who you would technically describe as a !!!!!!!!

Im glad to hear that they sometimes listen to their customers and sort the problem out instead of sweeping the problem under the carpet and trying to silence the people that could help to improve their service as they did with me. Maybe there's hope for them yet..lol

Precisely. Complain.Complain.Complain. It is the best strategy with the TESCOs.

Dont ever forget you are the customer and its their responsibility to offer the best value and best service if they are to get your business.
:o Keep trying.........................what else is there to do? :o

    Can't stand Tesco.

Appalling Customer Service. My nan complined by letter once, and no one bothered to reply.

The only time i used the store was for a few cheeky RnR s

CRA|PO| shop. AVOID is my advice and use proper shop like Sainsburyd.
