If she only needs internet access then get her to buy mobile broadband.
You just plug it into her laptop and provided her area gets access, you get the internet.
Just top up each month like you would a phone or you can pay monthly
Here are some 02 deals http://broadband.o2.co.uk/mobile/0 -
Hi I have been with Orange for years through the freeserve and wanadoo days. They have now set out broadband price to a monthly tariff of £19.99, when I phoned they offered to drop it to £17.50 ish. Think it's time we got a new provider. The question is who? I have priced my options and gone through Quidco to get additional cashback. I have an O2 contract (3 in fact) so thought that would be a good idea. Unfortunately we can only get O2 Broadband Access so this with Quidco cashback and 3 months free rental amounts to the equivalent of approx £8.68 per month over 12 months. Another option is Plusnet with £36 cashback, £5.99pm for 3 months and then £11.99pm equating to approx £7.49 per month for 12 months. I would probably have opted for the O2 Access but feel like I am getting negative vibes after reading through some other posts. I would welcome any opinions, comments etc. before making the decision to press the order button. Any advice for alternatives would also be welcome. Thanks0

I've been searching for a new broadband deal for a while now.
Can anyone suggest whether or not I'm likely to find a better deal than the Virgin

I am looking for a broadband provider which also provides web space to host a moderate web site, and also BOTH Webmail and client-based e-mail. I have been with Demon for a long time, but, quite apart from its recent connectivity problem, am increasingly dissatisfied with its Webmail, which has no capacity to send attachments and appears to have increasing problems in displaying both incoming attachments and a range of e-mail formats.0

Without knowing my usage and the other techno things, what I have is enough for my family to do all the day to day things (including a 16 year old) that normal families do.For that I have a deal with AOL , £9.99 for wireless broadband plus all 01 & 02 calls anytime, avoiding premium lines by using
" saynoto0870" and reduced mobile calls. Then £11.50 to BT for line rental. Seems a good deal to me as my quarterly bill has gone down from £120 to less than £70 ! Why doesn't anyone ever mention AOL's deals ? Are they undeserving bad guys to you technos out there. No I dont want a technical answer to that.If it aint broke don't fix it!0 -

I am looking for a new internet and phone package as I am fed up with Talk Talk. My exchange supports BT and Orange. I am a fairly light user on internet and want free local and national calls aswell. Any ideas? A cashback one would be great. I use Quidco I forgot to I may have to move house in the spring ( within the same area) and wondered about length of contract. When my friend moved rcently he had to take new contracts with BT nd Plus net0
