DD signed up for BT Fibre via the link on MSE. However, the link to claim the M and S voucher goes to an expired Love2Shop campaign that has now closed. The £40 voucher showed on the BT page. Has anyone got a valid link to claim the M and S voucher?0

BT's current offering is around the eqv. of £7.91 per month, after the £115 Quidco cashback and £75 Mastercard, assuming that the line rental is paid in advance.0

Used link here

But link for m and s voucher goes to expired love2shop voucher. It shows on the link from broadband choices though. Didn't want to risk quidco plus reward card as on quidco it says you can't get cashback with any rewards on retailer site.0 -
So here's a story for you....
I was recently looking to change my internet provider after reading of the cheap deals found on MSE. I found out TalkTalk were offering free broadband, just pay line rental for 12 months online but with £120 of Love2Shop vouchers (After checking the MSE site that is). So £192 for line rental only meant about £72 for Line rental & broadband for the year. If you count the vouchers. Good deal.
Now I am currently with Sky and they were to be informed by TalkTalk that they were taking over the service. This is where it got interesting.
I received a call from Sky wanting to find out why I was leaving this service. So I told them. I only had my Sky broadband no TV deal. I told them I was effectively paying £72 for my internet and broadband for the year - including line rental, so expected her to let me go....... Instead she offered me free internet and half price line rental for 12 months, and a £20 credit on my account to take it below the £72 to £70. So I decided to stay!
I had to cancel TalkTalk now.... So I called to give them the news. This is where they made a counter offer. Half Price Line rental and free internet so around £110 odd, and they threw in the £120 Love2Shop vouchers as well effectively making my Bill -£10!! They guy on the phone even admitted it's a pretty unique offer.
In the end I stayed with Sky (Sorry) at £70 as I was paying out less money from my account and the vouchers were indeed a bonus but really shows you the power of haggling!! If you were already planning to buy at Argos etc. then they would have been paying you to use their service!
To think I was paying around £260 a year to now £70. And potentially vouchers that would have taken me into earning cash for the service! Thats £190 savings per year from a "No TV" package! Thanks MSE. :T0 -
Hey
Do you think my BT renewal price for 24 months is alright? It sounds a lot to me.
Phone line £18.99:mad:
Unlimited BT Infinity 2 £26.50
TV Entertainment Max £10
HD TV included in £10
BT Sport included in £10
Total £55.49 per month
Offered a router for £57.95 incl. delivery said no.
I don't use a landline (like many others I'm sure).
I need unlimited and fastest possible broadband.:D
I like BT Sport because of Eurosport mainly but champions league and occasional Premier League game is ok.:D
I was wondering about changing phoneline and broadband to Vodaphone for £28 per month (free line rental and superfast fibre). I'm sure BT will ask for more for the TV though.:(0 -
see what you can get from your post code
www.cable.co.uk
But I would go through customer retentions and cancel everything and wait for the offers to come in"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Very similar to what they gave me. Just mine was £7.50 a month Fibre 38mb for 18 months, no free calls. They wouldn't better that though they did waive the postage on the router - worth going back to them and seeing if they'll better your offer, if not ask for the router postage free (if they are charging you).0 -
Managed to get free p@p jobs a good un , sorted for next 18 months0
