Trying to sign up to Talk Talk since Tuesday (offer supposed to end tonight at midnight) to take advantage of £100 voucher, website mysteriously goes down 2 days ago and today U Switch have removed offer from their website???
Talk Talk customer services horrendous, can't do simple maths and say website wont be back up till tomorrow morning? Very convenient if you've ran out of £100 vouchers.
I was also told all Talk Talk contracts are 18 months and Uswitch have falsely advertised a 12 month contract, I am losing faith in these companies.0 -
My contract has just ended, so I am on a rolling one. Bill has gone up from £19.70 to £27.70. I tried to log in for the speedy payment to save a few quid but couldn't log in, so I've missed that. I reckon I'm off to either Sky or BT.0

It may seem "convenient" but this appears to be the reason the TT website was down.TalkTalk cyber-attack: Website hit by 'significant' breachPolice are investigating a "significant and sustained cyber-attack" on the TalkTalk website, the UK company says.
The phone and broadband provider, which has over four million UK customers, said banking details and personal information could have been accessed.
TalkTalk said potentially all customers could be affected but it was too early to know what data had been stolen.
The Metropolitan Police said no-one had been arrested over Wednesday's attack but enquiries were ongoing.
TalkTalk said in a statement that a criminal investigation had been launched on Thursday.

shame innit when one is a happy customer, ( rare these days) to be forced to move.:mad:to another company who" may" be trouble, to save a few bob.
EDIT::
Just read the TT hack article, there's probably going to be a mass Exodus from TT.
TT will be offering good deals to stay now I bet.
Might be worth a phone call, the damage is done.
Good bit of Leverage:-)
I will phone them again, and try to use it as a bargaining tool.
or, bye;bye.TT0
