That's not the way to proceed. You should send the bonus request from the email address that you have registered with them:
To receive your bonus, you just need to send an email from the email address you registered with, containing the account holder’s name(s) with "Launch bonus" as the subject to bonus@raisin.co.uk, within 30 days of you funding your first fixed term deposit Once we receive your email, the £50 cash launch bonus will be credited to your nominated UK account within 60 days of you successfully funding your savings product.
Sorry didn't make that clear. I sent them a secure message about something else to do with my account and they still haven't acknowledged or replied to that. I emailed them as per the instructions for the cashback.0 -

OK I see. My mother sent a request on 19 July and received an acknowledgment on the same day, as follows. You should get the following:
Dear Your Name,
Thank you for your email, we have received your message and a support ticket with the "LAUNCH BONUS" has been sent to our customer services team.
We reply to all tickets as soon as possible, within 24 to 48 hours. If we expect your ticket will take additional time, we will update you by sending you an email.
Ticket tracking ID: XXX-XXX-XXXX
You will receive an email notification when our staff replies to your ticket.
Sincerely,
Raisin customer service team0 -
Lol...
Email about bonus = received acknowledgement reply
Secure message about account = no acknowledgement/no reply0 -
DennisTenus wrote: »How long does it take to get a response for the £50 cashback? and actually get it?They generally acknowledge your request for the £50 bonus soon after you make it, ie within a couple of days. It can be several weeks before it is paid into your linked account.DennisTenus wrote: »Ah ok thanks
I sent them a secure message in my account days ago... still no reply to that either!
The £50 bonus request has to be, I think, by email, exactly as they instruct on the site. They were (initially at least and possibly still) responding to that email only with their auto-reply. And, despite that auto-reply saying they respond personally within 48 hours, they don't, not for the £50 bonus emails.
That apparent 'failure' on their part led to a whole, mad, thread about them being scammers, simply on the basis they hadn't followed up an auto-email. They clearly aren't scammers (people have been getting their bonus), and so one has to assume (in the absence of any response on the matter from Raisin) that they regard the auto-response as sufficient for the purpose in the case of £50 bonus request.
In other words, if you have an auto-response that may be all you get. But that auto-response is, by it's very existence, proof they received your claim. Then you wait, up to 60 days, for the £50.0 -

You could put Donald Trump or the baby Jesus in the name field and it would reach your account; as long as you enter the correct sort code and account number!:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member
