Yes, both Mrs D and myself. As a result of those emails though, I can't be @rs3d with the platform any longer, so all funds withdrawn and sent elsewhere. Just waiting for the two fivers and they'll be withdrawn too!

What a farce. Sent a secure message asking to close our accounts yesterday. Got emails this morning asking us to log in to our accounts to view new messages. Can't log in because "your login information is not valid".
Presumably this means that the accounts are closed!
Oh well, we each made £35 on £1000 over 12 months with interest, bonus and compo.0 -

Hi,
I received an email to say my account will mature in August 2019. But since opening the account my brain is not retaining information (old age). I wonder if someone can explain in easy to understand terms how this account works. I fear I may have missed some vital information and not receive any interest/profit. Am I right in thinking I should have nominated a further bank for my money to be moved to?
