Tried to access account....password problems...Raisen are sending new one by letter..could take 7 days.
Had the same problem but it was because I was going through the old link. Using the one in the email about the upgrade was fine.16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. Installed 29/9/2015 - £4700 (Norfolk Solar Together Scheme); 9.6kWh US2000C Pylontech batteries + Solis Inverter installed 12/4/2022 Year target (PVGIS-CMSAF) = 3880kWh - Installer estimate 3452 kWh:Average over 6 years = 4400 :j0 -
Thanks Rh..am locked out now. Could be Chrome password manager not liking two entries for one name. Have found the upgrade link.
Won't do any more of these intermediary type savings.0 -
My raisin account is still the old interface - and has a banner message saying they are having difficulties 'setting up my account'. Which at first sight is odd as the account is clearly in existence and even tells me that in the 6 months since opening I've accrued £9 interest.
On enquiring I find that they have had 'IT difficulties' with 'a few' accounts and cannot transfer them to Starling and so these, including mine, will stay on the old interface until maturity. The £10 bonus for allowing the switch to Starling will, I was told, still be paid one day soon.0 -
I get that banner too - I still got the £10 this weekI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

I've just checked and my tenner is in my Raisin account
Raisin Account GBP 10.00
Available GBP 10.000 -
Thanks for the heads up, I checked two days ago and £10 credited to my raisin account from where I immediately set up to transfer the £10 to my nominated current account.
Two days later and it is still showing as "awaiting transfer".
Are they slow or is this standard? Thought it would be a FP but perhaps there's some admin involved or its stuck! Have emailed them now about the hold up.0 -
I asked for mine to be withdrawn first thing yesterday...still not arrived in nominated account, as of 5 mins ago. Wonder how long it will take? How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0

Did mine and Mrs D's yesterday. Both had arrived in our bank account by the time I'd opened a new browser tab and logged in to the bank, but both were still showing as "awaiting transfer" on the Raisin portal even after they'd arrived in our bank.0

My withdrawal from Raisin made earlier today is in my current account now.0
