So it’s the morning after.
I still feel that out in my stomach.
He has text and called repeatedly since yesterday.
I haven’t read or answered because I told him I needed space.
I honestly don’t know how I feel, I have this pit and that is it.
When I’m not thinking about it I get on like I did before but then he’ll call or text and though I don’t answer the put is back.

Come on. The sun is shining where you are, I hope; it is here. There is nothing like a bit of fresh air and a walk to perk your spirits up (so I'm told ) Why not take the pooch for a saunter? Trip to the pub, park, somewhere nice?

This is your first day of freedom from abuse. You are bound to feel shell shocked for a while but the noise has stopped. You just have not stopped listening out for it.
