Ooh, now there's something for Petrichor to write about - not the drowning kittenbut the fact that it's Poets Day! [ My dog was meant to be drowned as she was a !!!!! and therefore 'useless' so we brought her back from Ireland with us when I was seven, bless her]. No way, it edited out the female dog word - I didn't realise it did that, lol!

Petricor how fabulous!
I bet you smiled all the way home, in fact you probably still are - I don't think I've stopped grinning since that first size 8 day! :rotfl:
I opted for Dru Yoga last night, a bit of an easy option so I will punish myself accordingly when I work out today. Morning Suggs!
I'm also booked in for a full body massage later which I am really looking forward to, I'll consider this my sub 9st pressie to myself, hehe!
Hope everyone has a brilliant Friday and a fab weekend :j0 -

Keep forgeting to mention, Options sachets are 5 for £1 in Sainsburys at mo (although their own brand are only 18p each anyway).
Also, I've been trying the PMcKenna idea of putting my cutlery down during each mouthful, which is fine except my food gets cold (and I really like my food hot!) - any way round this, those that are doing it?
Quiet here again today... Just having a break after finishing Washing Up Mountain 1, about to start Mountain 2 (how can two people create SO much?? Oh, for a dishwasher!)The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

There seems to be a lot of size 8's on here now, oh the envy:D
bails I have seen all the PMckenna shows and see what he means as in not gulping it down, put the cutlery down and think about what you are putting into your mouth and give your brain time to realise that you don't need anymore and you are full , I always have my food especially the veg, steaming impossibly hot because I hate cold veg, so maybe that is the answer ,make it super hot to begin with:D
WW have now brought out thick slice wholemeal bread at 1 point or 66 calories, it says new great for toasting, let's hope so as the other WW bread was so paper thin it was not good for toasting:D
From Sainsburys I bought 2 for 39p jumbo snack a jacks packs the cheese flavour,63 calories per pack,0.7g sugar,0.4g fat,sat 0.2g,salt 0.2g, looked at the popcorn for a snack as someone suggested but it was too high in sugar for me even the healthy eating sainsburys one, I never bothered looking at the toffee or sugar coated ones as would not be able to eat them.0 -

How about making your own straight from the kernels...then you would know exactly what was added to it and could control it accordingly?

Hi everyone,
Hope you're all happy it's Friday.Welcome newbies (I'm sorry, I can't remember your names. Just post me if you want to be included in the 2lb club)
I'm in the process of a bad couple of days. I went wayy over my points last night. No great explaination, just the fact that a munchy sugar monster took over my body. Luckily I had loads of LF treats at home but if you over eat- you over eat and that's that!
OH and I are going out for a bite to eat tonight courtesy of his work  . He did someone a favour back in March and when he went back to work 2 weeks ago, he found a voucher for a local restaurant waiting for him - quite a boost on his first day back in 3 months. :T
Today isn't going so well for me. I have the beginnings of a cold coming on and I have no idea where it came from and I've just had a call from my boss telling me that we'll definitely be moving offices in January (I expected it, but still not happy about it). And instead of working 9-5 I'm being put onto flexitime  I know everyone thinks it's really handy but it means that any dr. appointments or dental/hospital appointments will now have to come out of flexi instead of simply being entitled to the time off! And the office is too far away for me to walk to work anymore. OH is going to have to find an alternative method of transport to work as I'm going to have to drop DS off at creche at my old office and then travel to work (ok it's only 3 miles) but the traffic is mad at that time in the morning and I'm going to have to leave him in creche much longer than I would like to ,
Still, with the realignment of public administration in the NHS over here in Norn Iron I guess I'm lucky to have a job at all!
No, I'm not going to use this as an excuse to over eat, it's just cos it's new and has been made definite and I'm trying to work it all out in my head logistically. TBH in one way it's not a bad thing as I've been trying to get OH off his ar*e for ages now to organise a lift - now he has a deadline to try and get it sorted. He thinks he'll be able to wangle a motorbike out of this but I'm not having it! - He's nuts in a car, I can't imagine what he'd be like on a bike!
Off now to wash floors.
bails I'm looking forward to finally hearing what the kitty is called. Can't think of a single name.Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0
