Lose Weight 16

Hello
Can I join your group too - i have been reading your posts and have been motivated to join SW again (for a third time - lost 2st first time and 4st second time)
Weight has gradually crept on in the past two years - now that DS is a year old, i guess that I dont have an excuse anymore!
My first class is tomorrow so I am not sure what I weigh or how much I have to lose but it must be at least 3st (42lbs!!!!!) - I like to be around 11st (I'm big boned:rotfl:). Can I go the whole hog and also join the 2lb club?

Donna - is there any way you can pop in just for a weigh-in? or perhaps find a Boots or local chemist with a set of scales for an indicator. (are you starting a different class or sticking with SW?
Hi jules,
I thought about going for the weigh in but i would be very tempted to stay, I might just join and get weighed because my friend also wants to come and if i introduce a friend i get a free week so next week should be free for me too (MSE Style lol :money: )
Yes i think i might just go an weigh in, Its the same SW class that i used to go to so will know most people there anywayTotal Debt Amount June 2015:£14,034.22Which will come down the quickest...weight or debt??? :rotfl::rotfl:Debt free date 31st May 2025 (my 42nd Birthday )

Hello Donnadoo
yes that sounds like it could be fun - not sure what a DB is though? Giving moral support, comparing weights and stuff?

Morning all, and thanks for the lovely welcome! (And thanks for adding me to the chart too!)
I'm not doing very well - obviously need to come on here more often and be inspired by you lot! Ate a load of rubbish on Tuesday, and yesterday I had a wisdom tooth out, and ate loads of rice pudding, soggy toast etc and cake! (I know, I know, that won't help me tooth!) Back on track today though, promise
Missyg - sorry, didn't mean to brag about my age
If I can do 5lbs in this month, like the challenge, then I'll only be 1lb off my target! Hooray!
Will keep watching and posting and eating good things, and hopefully soon I'll start to suss out who you all are...
Daffs
xx
(oh, and by the way, I'm not Scottish at all! I just like daffs, and am mostly quite cheery)

Morning everyone!:D
hyyye - lol, the kitten just typed that, I swear!! He's a right monkey, got my work cut out!
I'm in a good mood this morning (and generally actually), think work has given me a real boost. Now I feel like I've got a little structure to my week, I can feel the difference between weekdays and weekends for the first time in years :T. That said, this 'weekend' is four days long...:D I am basically going to be on my own for most of that time, and I've got a whole host of things to be doing, so I'm quite looking forward to it. Off to plan it out in a bit (will involve several lists, of course!). Talking of lists, had my ME 6 month review this week and we were all in hysterics about our list making antics!:rotfl:
Cheery Daff, nice one for logging back on - sometimes when we've fallen off the wagon, it seems better to hide but coming back on here means you can find the support you need to get back on track. My wagon is particularly rickety at the mo but I never fail to get picked back up on here. How about doing a menu plan for the rest of the week til weigh in day (when is yours?)? That'll help you to stop thinking about food so much and save money. You can make it as detailed as you like, right down to snacks etc, and build in a few treats to look forward to as well (sometimes when you get there though you can be on such a roll you no longer want them!).
Petrichor, good luck with the shopping today, you WILL find something! The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

welcome to all the newbies:j :j
delly what does sts mean?
I am cooking WW haddock sweet and sour fish stew and love it, it is tomato based and has to be one of my fav meals plus it is 2 points per serving and have both as H does not like it that much so 4 points for dinner is not so bad...
WW meals are great for ease etc but I am going back to cooking from scratch for a while as I have had WW meals and need something else to get me from becoming mind numbingly bored:rotfl: :rotfl:
Have a great day everyone:D0 -
Delly, it means stayed the same. That fish sounds lovely, can you post the recipe please? The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
