Mrs Mysterious here - reporting in to say I maintained this week. I'm quite disappointed with that, considering I hardly ate at the weekend, but hey ho.
Welcome to the newcomers - we're a great bunch, so you'll get plenty of advice and support.
Sorry, no time to write a long post, I might catch you later.

Hi all - welcome to the newcomers. I'm fairly new here too & these guys have been so supportive & an inspiration & are quite happy to listen to me moan on about something.
I've been a bad girl and need by bottom smacked!! I've been eating all the sweets my DD got halloween night and consequently put 4lb on this week. Been good today though new week new start. I've had low fat sultana bran for breakfast, low fat tomato soup with a small slice of bread for lunch 3 cups of coffee (have to admit to having 2 sugars in my coffee cos it just tastes awful without) & 2 glasses of diet coke. Am going to do an RC spaghetti carbanara for tea. Am at my mum's tomorrow so will go in her gym that & plenty of "scrabble" too!! well we are trying baby 2 & the extra exercise won't hurt!!!!
Seren - I'm gonna be bridesmaid for my sister too but not till Aug 09 so that is my goal to be slim for that & for my 30th in Jun 09 too!Life is like a box of chocs ..... i've got a soft centre but I ate the whole box.

Wow peeps, it has taken me ages to catch up lol!
Welcome to Cheery Daff and Donna :hello:, great to have you with us! This group is full of lovely people who can all relate to the ups and downs of weight loss and someone is always on hand to offer advice and support when needed!
Only got a minute as OH is about to give a shiatsu and I'll be kicked out of the room... Been busy this week and had my second lesson today which was lots of fun, really enjoying it!:T
Before I forget, hope it's not too late in the day Delly, but can I be added to the Monthly challenge after all please? Weigh-in today was very amusing (how often can you get to say that?!) as every time I got on the scales the kitten hopped on too! :rotfl: Not sure if he thought he'd help me out by hiding my real weight but seven attempts later I managed to find out the truth - so it's a maintain for me this week Delly. Feeling fine about it (especially after the weekend with my mum), the shift in focus is helping. All in good time...
Had a free Indian head massage today which was really lovely... Have decided to treat myself to some more therapies, just have to check my budget which I still haven't done and is on tomorrow's list
I've finally got a chest of drawers and a long mirror so the clothes sorting can start too. Those of you who've done it already have inspired me - it may be a little depressing but it needs doing: instead of getting rid of the clothes that are too big I will be clearing out all those that no longer fit since my illness. I'll try to Ebay some of it and use the money to buy some interim clothes...
Oops, got to go! Out tonight so chat tomorrow - don't write too much in my absence or it'll take me all day again lol! Have a great evening all xx
ooh, ps - well done to everyone this week!

And all thanks to the support and advice here. And possibly because it's difficult to stuff chocolate into my mouth with both hands whilst typing.0 -
