So sorry Dragon and Starlight for your gains - Dragon I know you can put yours down to the meds, Starlight have you no clue at all? I'm sorry, it's so frustrating I know, let us cheer you up though and I'm sure it'll come off next week. ((((((((((((Big hug)))))))))))))The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Sorry about the gains - don't think of the negative think of the positive! Dragon if you were up to 10lb during the week and ended up with only 4lb on, it sounds like it could have been a lot worse! Well done for limiting the damage, are you off the meds now?
Starlight, just looking at your loss to date 114.5lbs since January!!! 2lb is a tiny percentage of that and I'm sure it's just a very temporary and small setback, please don't go to bed unhappy tonight, you have so much to be proud of!0 -

I honestly have NO idea at all which makes it all the more frustrating. If Id cheated Id understand but I can honestly say hand on heart I havent.
The ONLY thing I can think of is its my birthday week catching up. Last week was my b'day and I had several meals out and was shocked I lost 4lbs, Im wondering if this is it catching up with me now0 -

I suspect she is flagrantly flouting her executive directorship of the 'we're not having a holiday this year' club, of which we are both founder members and is in fact sunning herself in exoctic climes
I shall be calling an emergency AGM Petrichor...

I wondered the same Petrichor but didn't like to mention it: I thought Miss might give me a detention for being a smart a*se:D .
Glad to hear you haven't broken rule 143b)ii) section 5 of our club (members shalt not sneak off to Bognor, let alone abroad without written permission in triplicate. Members must be warned that said application will not be viewed favourably).
Dragon - it is so tough being on steroids: I really feel for you and admire your determination in the face of such odds.
I reckon you are right starlight and it is probably the previous week catching up. First gain since Jan is very good and you'll knock that on the head this week.
Suggsy: A few more animal impressions required: OH caught me red handed the other night secretly troughing a chicken carcass with the same finess as the dog in Tom & Jerry.
Going out to fireworks now in new troos with clever 'muffin disguising' new top:D .
bbI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Evening peeps,
Well done to all losers, and hugs for the gainers.
I'm having some grilled chicken for dinner but I will have to have oven chips with it, I have run out of salad (honestly!)
I'm really craving mince pies too, I love them and they are already (of course) selling them in Asda, where I'm heading tomorrow morning.
Nothing better than a warm mince pie smothered in melting clotted creammmmmmmmm
