Hey, welcome back peeps! Anyone know where Petrichor is?

Before I say anything else, I just have to mention that I have the cutest little man curled up on my big fluffy jumper coat watching me type! We got him about an hour ago and he seems to be settling in very quickly, hasn't stopped purring yet! He's fascinated by any movement on the screen, it's so funny watching his ickle head trying to follow everything!:D We've decided he's got a bit of an Egyptian thang going on so our name hunt is headed in that direction at mo...

Haven't talked much about WL recently - survived the weekend with my mum, and managed the 2 hour walk with ease so v happy about that! I absolutely loved being back out in my beloved hills and already can't wait til we go back for Christmas :j

I have had a sneaky look on the scales (OH's attempt at hiding them for me was lame!) and it's not too bad considering the weekend trauma... One thing I have noticed today is that I'm much hungrier, maybe from work?? or possibly the fact that it's so cold here as well. Knew this kitten would come in useful (keeping me warm, not eating him )

Mutter, mutter, mumble so much for the 2lb a week off club - can I join the alternative one being the 4 pound a week ON club :mad: - Steroids last week meant that at one point during the week I had put on 10 pounds from last Monday! I am hoping that being good this week will have most of this back off again! I am determined that by the end of November I am going to weight less!

Hello all :hello:

Just a quickie to say hello and 'show my face' so you don't think I've gone off the rails again!

My weekend was busy, stressful, tiring, but food- and drink-wise I did very well, so let's hope it shows on the scales on Wednesday. I didn't get to see any Lakes (in the Lake District) although I did spend more time that I wanted to on the M6 on Friday afternoon. I'm always amused at how many times the M6 gets mentioned on the traffic reports on the radio, but it's not funny when you're in it.

Anyway, off quizzing tonight, so I'll catch up with you all again tomorrow.
